This is a really nice hotel. My issue is not with the appearance or not so much the staff. Our room's AC was not working to it's full capacity so the room got a bit warm. This was for an overnight stay for me and my wife's anniversary so I wanted things to go perfect. While getting ready for dinner the room was a bit warm and I was sweating. I turned the AC to 65 degrees to cool down the room but it remained in the high 70's. I told the front desk before we left for dinner and they said they would call maintenance. We were gone for a few hours which I thought was ample time to fix it or leave us a message saying we can change rooms. Long story short - They never fixed it and it remained warm during the night. I couldn't sleep much. They offer to waive the amentias fee which was useless because there are no amentias other than a pool and gym which almost every hotel has anyways. This was our 22nd anniversary and it meant a lot to me for the night to be perfect and I think the hot room ruined it for me and I think they could have done a better job than just waiving the amenities fee. There are many hotels to choose from in that area so we personally will never stay there again. I understand that things happen but because this night was so important for us they could have done more to satisfy our discomfort..

We paid over 800 dollars for this room and we were truly underwhelmed. For the price they are charging you would think your going have a nice room great decor nice space no… the only reason they have occupancy is because of the people on ticktock who hype places like this saying it’s so nice and it’s this and that I got none of that. Then they say the charge more for soaker tub that literally can only fit one person my husband and I can barely get in there and we’re nowhere near overweight. We should have both been able to fit in the tub comfortably. The floors were dirty. The shower is small and the bed covers had blood on them and we hadn’t even gotten in the bed yet was severely underwhelming. The lighting was low. There was no plugs on the side of the bed to plug up any type of device. They have a mini fridge in the room that doesn’t work I had it on 7 and it never got cold , We had to call for washcloths cause there weren’t any in the room and when they were brought up they were dirty. There were no slippers in the room and they advertised it was supposed to come with the robe we had to request that as well. I will not stay at this hotel again not for that amount of money. There are so many other nice hotels in this area. This one is a fake
