It is in a central location, the staff is wonderful. I booked online and messed up my booking. Front desk ironed it out and was great. Cleanliness is top notch, valet is wonderful, they have a restaurant and bar downstairs and a convenience store. Havent checked out the pool but truly happy with my stay!

The staff were kind and courteous. The room looked pretty clean. The only thing we didn't like was the setup for the bathroom. Specifically the sliding door to the bathroom was kind of difficult to move. And the frosted glass wall let out a lot of light at night if someone has to go to the bathroom.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The rooftop pool was small but not too crowded during the week. On the Saturday night it was very busy as was the bar/lounge. A dress to impress young crowd that was fun to watch. The hotel location was perfect to get into and out of tbe city abd the valet parking made it a breeze.

I loved the hotel. The rooftop pool was so nice and refreshing. The staff was nice also and the hotel is in a walkable area. The only reason i am not giving it 5 stars is because when I showed up at 12 to see if my room was ready they said yes its ready but its $50 to check in early. I was like so the room is ready but i have to pay to get it a few hours early? I thought that was not cool although I know a lot of hotels do that now but that was a turn off for me. Also there is parking across the street that is $20 cheaper.

Rooftop pool and bar was fun. I didn’t realize the pool cabanas could be rented hourly/daily by non hotel stayers, so was busier than I was expecting and the pool is small (about 4.5 ft deep). Nonetheless, had a good time and talked to folks from all over. Room was clean, shower was unique, coffee/tea in room was a nice perk. Filtered water on every floor was great for refilling water bottle as needed. Staff was nice and check in was easy.

The property was not as shown online. It is overpriced and the rooms are not as expected. The water in one of our rooms would not stop running. The ac in the other room did not work. The parking is too expensive. Staff was so unfriendly when I asked a simple question about the bar hours. The bathrooms were horrible with toiletries that were expired and filled with water. Overall it was way too expensive and the stay was not a pleasant one! I would not be staying here in the future and do not recommend!!

We had a great time at Hotel Zena. We had a suite on 11th floor, very comfy, large and quiet room. We enjoyed the high quality breakfast options at Fig Leaf each morning.Also the dinner menu in the evenings was delicious, the staff were very nice and gave great service. The staff were also great in reception and Rooftop pool bar. Location is perfect for all the attractions and sights. We loved it here and will definately return

My family and I spent five wonderful days at Hotel Zena Washington DC. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel was clean, and while the bedrooms were a bit small, it didn’t matter much as we spent most of our days exploring the local attractions. The rooftop pool was the highlight for my children, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making it a memorable part of our trip.
