It was a beautiful hotel, with a very welcoming staff. The elevators were a little hard to understand. All the buttons for choosing your floor were on the outside of the elevator & there was no real way to tell if they elevator you got in was going up or down.

The toilets in all 3 rooms i booked, gurgled all night long. Actually water spitting up onto the toilet seats. The door to the bathroom did not provide must privacy and the shower is a bathtub shower vs a walkin. Old school configuration. My daily $30 credit was not applied to my bill as it was suppose to be. I inquired at the desk and the reassured me it would be adjusted. I am still trying to get my refund after 4 calls, 5 days later. Thought i was booking an upscale hotel for our family visit, not the case at all.
