Great location for exploring the DC area
This apartment is down the street from a Metro stop that can take you any where in the DC area (granted a transfer might be needed). We chose it for the location and we were not disappointed! The apartment was clean, just as described. We would stay again.

Nice little apartment near metro
This 1 bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed. It was near our son's place and a quick 5 minute walk to the metro. Although it was a busy road, the apartment was quiet. The kitchen was perfect to make breakfast. Grocery store was a 10 minute walk away. Everything was clean and worked well.

Awesome property
Perfect for a conference I had to attend in DC. Very short walk to the Virginia square metro. Safe. Convenient with the workout room, pool, automatic coffee machine in the lobby, washer/dryer in the unit. I used the water fountain in the workout room to fill my reusable water bottles. The barber shop next door was super convenient for my haircut. Only potential issue is the shower, seems to have pipes that aren’t secure. So be careful, slowly go from cold to hot. Otherwise you’ll get this super loud noise, that sounds like it could cause damage or bust if it is going for too long. But you can mitigate this at least. Also the TVs both had multiple streaming services that you could find something to watch.

Great place to stay!
The apartment was just as described in the listing. The manager was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. It was a perfect location, just mins. away from the Metro. Metro was the way to go. We took it everywhere. Very simple and reasonable price. Only issue was problems with the hot water. Not enough. I loved the apartment, clean, stocked with everything you could need and just the right size. I would stay here again with no reservations.

Serviceable apartment in a centrally located part of the Ballston neighborhood in NoVa. There were some stretches of time where the owners were difficult to reach, overall, communications were good, especially once the rental period started. Apartment has a way to go before it can be considered truly “luxury “, but overall it is as advertised.said,

Great place to stay!
When we were checking in, we had some issues. However, it was resolved quickly. I messaged the host on Vrbo and they responded right away by calling the front desk. It was a little mix up with envelopes. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well stocked(coffee, candy, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, ect), and conveniently located. There were 2 (queen and twin) air mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations. A small portable fan if you get hot. A hairdryer was also available. The bedroom had a Firestick and the living room had a Roku tv. Combo washer and dryer in bathroom. Hot water never ran out, however, don't turn it to full pressure as the pipes made a loud noise. I will say the garage is tight so if you are traveling in a larger vehicle you may have trouble parking. The apartments were very quiet. Pool was very clean and relaxing. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great access to major highways and metro for travel. I highly recommend this place!

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed along with such an easy check in and out process. The location was great and having access to its on parking garage was wonderful. After an outing, we came back to find that our air conditioner had stopped working. I let the property manager know and within 45 minutes maintenance was there and had the problem fixed! We had a very good experience and would recommend this property to others.

Adorable Apartment in Perfect Location
This apartment was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Perfectly located outside of the hustle and bustle of DC but close enough for a quick hop over to see the monuments. Convenient eating locations in walking distances and easy to navigate. The apartment itself was so adorable and had all of the practical amenities. The rooms were large and open giving us a lot of space to move around and breathe. We felt very safe through our entire stay.

Great Stay
I have to say that the place was very nice and comfortable. The only issue that I have is the property manager doesn't reply in a timely manner, answer the phone or return calls. Also, if you are planning on staying, make sure you are staying on the exact dates. I checked out a day early and there was no reimbursement like a hotel so be mindful of that. Other than that, the stay was great.
