Wasted my vacation time due to bed bugs. Made me waste more money to go look for another hotel. You can literally hear everything next door and outside so it was pretty loud. TLDR: BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS NOISY AND SCAM

Owner doesn’t interest to grow business I guess. Because room not cleanness. No fridge no iron no ice. No housekeeping service, no extra towels and bedsheets. like if you stay 2days. You have to give your towels and bedsheets to housekeeping and they will do laundry same day and give it to you. Wow it’s o cheap. Frant desk guys are helpful. Specially Mr.Denis is good guy. They are just doing job. So I m fine with them but overall zero review

The locations is great, close to ground transportation, shopping, and some lical entertainment. The room is old and dirty. The door in the bathroom didn’t close, there is mold on the shower curtain and walls, and dirty floors. Simple fix but the owner doesn’t care. The price was great, the staff super friendly and nice 😀

The room desperately needs an update and a coat of paint. The door didn't properly close and there was a giant roach in the bathtub. No microwave or refrigerator in room and the ice machine was out of order.

Probably the worst room I've ever stayed in. Floors had not been cleaned, there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom, the AC unit was not allowing me to turn the temp up etc. Cigarette burns all over the top cover. This is a very depressing motel. I moved to a better one after one night - definitely worth the additional $50.

Do not stay here. They have bed bugs
I stayed for one night and it was the worst ever. The man at the window was rude and didn't say a single word to me while checking in. I was given room 204. As i walked up the stairs you can smell urine. When i opened the door the room also smelled of urine as well. The sheets had hair on them and comforters had holes. The bathroom had mold in the shower and on the curtains. I was in a rush to a function and i wasnt able to book another hotel so i had to deal with what i had. I wish i slept in my car because the next morning i was covered in welts from bites on my neck and arms. Now im on pain and swollen everywhere. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

Not a pleasant stay.
The unit was satisfactory but with few of the amenities usually expected, like a coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, etc. There was no coffee available in the lobby, and there was no dining room. The only services had to be asked for, like directions, a taxi, a wake-up (that didn't come), etc. On the whole, not a pleasant stay, and the surroundings were very dirty and unkempt. I was glad to be able to shorten my stay by one night.

Other than the location of the motel (close to downtown), "everything" was terrible. Worst place to be in. The day when we checked-in, I noticed a police officer viewing CCTV surveillance footage of the motel premises. It seemed that a theft had broken there and a customer lost his/her valuables. I was worried as we had booked our stay for 3 nights. When we got into our room, we noticed that the bed sheets had cigarette holes in them. The person at the reception didn't pay heed to that. Instead he just took a note of that. The side table next to the beds had a burn mark (most likely caused by a cigarette). When we used the washroom, we realized that the door was broken and it couldn't be closed. So one of us had to hold the door to close it for the other person to use it. The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working. We were atleast expecting an area in the motel that had a microwave but there seemed to be none. After a day of stay, we realized that the housekeeping staff never cleaned our room. The bed was not done and the garbage was not disposed. The motel staff acted on it only after we told them about it. This has been the worst lodging so far. Just stay away.
