State Plaza is my new DC fav!
I LOVE this hotel! Our room was super spacious and unexpectedly, we had a little kitchen and a separate dressing room area. So cool! The decor was circa 1930s? Loved the bed and the staff as so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Charming, boutique like hotel. Spacious rooms with kitchens & separate dressing room with vanity table off the bathroom. Updated, clean, old style jewel of a hotel. We stay here every time when visiting our daughter at GWU. We usually find parking on the street. Can walk a few minutes to the White House & Mall. Love the State Plaza Hotel!

It is an older property, but well maintained. The kitchen is an added convenience, along with the dressing room, that is adjacent to the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again. The on site parking is reasonably priced.
