My stay at The Westin Crystal City was very unpleasant, even though it was just for one night. The trouble began just hours after I checked into my room. When I returned, I found all my belongings in a plastic trash bag at the entrance of my room. The situation was quite uncomfortable, requiring the manager on duty, Robert, to come to the room and provide an explanation. While I appreciate how Robert handled the situation, I was not convinced by his explanation as to why this happened. Thank you, Robert—this is nothing against you personally or the way you managed the situation, but the experience overall was very unsatisfactory.

There was a toilet problem. It was making noise we couldn't sleep. We had to call engineer 2x. to fix. Another problem there were a group of kids on our floor. Keep knocking on our door for fun. On the positive side, great shuttle service to and from airport, front desk was helpful and good breakfast.
