I asked the restaurant for some utensils for my dinner. They said they would bring them up. 30 minutes later nothing came. I called back and the guy told me to come down and get them. Just terrible customer service. Also if you stay on one side of the property, you’re going to hear trains all night. Brutal.

The property is great, excellent service and cleanness. The only thing that doesn’t help is that is located right next to a train station and you can hear the trains running all day and night

Great hotel location and property. Modern, thoughtfully designed for the business traveler. Beautiful area to walk and great restaurant next door and onsite. Will stay here again.

A little disappointing
Nice but a little disappointing. They used to have a gift shop but that was gone. They used to have vending machines but they were gone (my gf couldn't get diet soda.) Only two clothes drawers in the room but THEY WERE AT FLOOR LEVEL!! No desire to bend down everytime we wanted clothes so didn't use. The room card said enjoy your complimentary treat, but there was none.

The staff was so helpful here after I had a horrible experience at another hotel. They were very helpful with me getting a room and checked in early. The bartender was especially fun and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

It is a short walk to the metro, a grocery store, restaurants. The hotel rooms were nice and spacy (my son said there were "fancy"), and the staff was very helpful and nice. It was a hit noisy since it is right next to the metro but everything is a tradeoff! They gave you a earplugs and a white noise machine in the room. They also had blackout blinds and a small fridge in the room. I would stay there again.
