I stayed with my daughter because she wanted to stay the hotel with pool. Pool was amazing with pool side bar. Room was little small but clean and house keeping service was nice. Breakfast was also nice and decent price. I hope they have laundry room. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Absolutely most gracious staff ever. Pool and restaurant crew were just fantastic. Paul the manager was just fantastic, did everything to make the stay enjoyable. Alejandra, Sarah, Nye, Silvia, all just wonderful. Pool was great, location too, but most of all the staff made it such an enjoyable experience. Best place you can stay.

The hotel has a great common areas, good location because is only 10-15 minutes away walking from the White House. However the room it wasn't good and was noisy. Also the bad part here is the parking because the rate for the hotel is not cheap and you have to pay for additional parking 50 usd per night!

The Washington Plaza Hotel is close to all the places I cared to visit in Washington DC. It's walking distance to all the areas around the National Mall and that was one of the main considerations for choosing to stay here. But I was also pleased that the hotel is very nice, clean, and the staff are polite and very helpful.

Overall the hotel was nice. The queen room was fairly small. It does seem that some things are a little outdated, like the TV. It was the old style 32" TV, not the new flat screens that you see in most hotels and you can just tell it's an older hotel. The toilet was the commercial style that you see in public restrooms with the lever to flush. The toilet paper holder was in the worst place possible... behind you on the wall!! But, the bed was comfortable and the staff and housekeeping were realy nice! I would stay again if I had to.
