Family Getaway With Pool, Pet Friendly

This cozy getaway is located off of Deerfield Road in Water Mill, in the township of Southampton and provides easy access to the towns of Southampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Water Mill. It is just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, vineyards, farmers markets and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Route 27 is accessible via backroads, saving time when traveling to and from New York City.

The property features a large solar heated swimming pool makeing swimming and pool time fun. Grill poolside or lounge with your favorite cocktail on the shaded deck while entertaining family and friends.

About the house:
A beautiful flowered courtyard greets you as you approach the front door. The open floor plan on the first floor includes a kitchen, dining room and living room that opens through sliding doors to the deck and backyard. The first floor also includes a master bedroom suite with private bath, as well as a guest bathroom and laundry.

The second floor has three bedrooms, including a second master suite with full bath and Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath round off the second floor.

The house is equipped with cable TV, apple TV, internet, fireplace and central air. Included are a complete kitchen with cookware and dishes. Linens and towels are also included for your convenience.

This home is perfect for families and great for entertaining. The family pet is welcomed. The backyard is fenced in.

Phenomenal Experience!
Kathy is absolutely one of the best hostā€™s weā€™ve ever experienced. The home was perfect- clean as a whistle and full of thoughtful treats upon arrival. The pool is wonderful, and we had plenty of space in the house for all four of us to spread out. Five stars!!!

Great family gathering place ā€¦everybody enjoyed the poolā€¦ the lovely settingā€¦the owner left helpful information about beaches ā€¦getting groceries from Fresh Direct was easyā€¦lots of local restaurants delivered take outā€¦we were fine with young childrenā€¦no breakages however not sure how toddler friendly this rental would be . There is a lot of lovely breakables!!

Great Experience during a tough time
We had a lovely summer at Kathy's house. We came out during lockdown and she was amenable and communicative about everything. Our five year old had a lovely time. The house was clean (and done so to covid specific needs) and great for our whole family.

Our stay at this property was comfortable. Neighborhood was quite. Pool was nice and heated Beaches close by was not crowded. Owner Kathy was communicative and esponsed promptly for our questions. Overall, we had a great stay.

My family absolutely loved our time at this special house. The house was beautiful, comfortable, fully stocked with necessities, and has a beautiful swimming pool. It is private and secluded in a woodsy area. We spent our time swimming in the pool, and driving (or biking) to local beaches. Most meals we cooked, grilled, or had take out. The owner was extremely responsive to questions. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

Best Bday wk I can remember!
I had an amazing bday wk at this house. I almost gave the accuracy of the internet 4 stars but thatā€™s only because the house is better in person. Itā€™s perfect for a big family or a handful of friends with its spacious 4 bdrms and 3.5 bth. Kathy (the owner) was so generous, she not only left us cookies and wine, she gave me a bday present of an extra day! The 4 stars for location is only that you do need to drive everywhere. But I always love watermill since itā€™s smack in the middle of Southampton, Bridgehampton and the house is 10 mins from Sag Harbor. Definitely highly recommend renting this house!!!!

This was our second stay at this lovely home with the prettiest pool of any home weā€™ve stayed at. The property is lovely, tucked into the woods in Water Mill and Kathy, the owner, couldnā€™t be more accommodating. Simply said, this is one of our favorite vacation destinations for a quiet family week away and weā€™re already talking about our next visit.
