Perfect!
My sister and I stayed for two nights while our dad was at Samaritan Medical Center. The apartment is absolutely wonderful. It’s very clean, well decorated and has everything you need. Clancy is an excellent host. She met us briefly upon our arrival to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is stocked with more than I’ve experienced in a rental. She certainly is a super host! We will stay again.

The best place to stay in Watertown! Charming Victorian era home with designer touches and modern amenities make this the perfect location to enjoy all the sites in and near Watertown. Clancy is welcoming and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had a private, one bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen in a beautiful part of Watertown. Just lovely! Nice little property, conveniently located. Really enjoyed Watertown and not a far drive to the wedding venue in Clayton. Great for a thousand island mini vacation. Place was nice with a lot of personality and a lot of nice perks from the host. Would strongly recommend!

Very nice home.
We enjoyed staying at Clancy’s home the two weeks we were in Watertown visiting family and friends. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and beautiful. Clancy lives upstairs so it was very easy to talk with her if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area!!

This is the second year we have stayed at Clancy’s and it was superb! It was a blizzard weekend and we were warm and cozy. Fresh coffee beans and other beverages were provided and a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Location and neighborhood very safe. The apartment is comfortable and beautiful. Happy New Year! Perfect Stay
My husband and I visit Watertown frequently as it is my hometown and I have family and friends there. This was the perfect place for us. Close to everything, on my favorite street in the city, and very quiet. The apartment was beautiful and clean as a whistle. I loved the kitchen! Clancy was an amazing host and very knowledgeable about Watertown and the 1000 Islands. We won't stay anywhere else when we are visiting Watertown.

Welcoming Home and Host!
The charming property is a very welcoming place to stay. Clancy made sure everything was perfect and that we had a wonderful overnight stay. We loved the decor and the ambiance. We will come back for sure but until then we hope many other guests will stop by this beautiful property!

Delightful respite!
We needed a Covid free environment as our travels were taking us to elderly family in Canada. What we found was a beautifully appointed first floor flat in an charming old house that had everything we needed. The owner was gracious in welcoming us to her house and to Watertown.

A hidden gem with a great owner
We had a nice stay here. Ours was cut a bit short due to a death in the family. Clancy was so accommodating and friendly. Bathroom shower and sink were slow to drain and she was notified and said she would get that sorted out. It is a cute place and you will enjoy your stay. Convenient to what Watertown has to offer. Drinks were left in the fridge and snacks were left on the counter. Our coffee and creamer was available. Just a pleasant surprise.

Charming!
Watertown is a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It is nicely decorated and very clean. You can watch wildlife in the backyard or out the living room window (deer, squirrels and rabbits). In the afternoon you can take a walk and see all the beautiful historical homes in the neighborhood. The hosts provides little extra touches such as snacks to make your stay feel special.

Excellent location to our families during the holiday weekend. Clancy was very nice, she made sure we had coffee and what we liked in our coffee. Bed was very comfortable, extra blankets and towels. The VRBO was one of the cleanest we have stayed in and the apartment is very nicely well lit and furnished! Would definitely stay again! Thank you

Convenient location in an old neighborhood in Watertown. All the homes on this block look stately. Communication with Clancy and check in was effortless. The listing was immaculate and there were several thoughtful touches and amenities that were very much appreciated by my wife and I. If you’re staying in Watertown this is an excellent listing.
