The space
A cosy countryside annexe, self contained and located just off junction 6 of the M40, and only a short distance from Oxford. With beautiful rolling hills countryside on your doorstep, this is the perfect getaway to combine exploring the historic city of Oxford and the countryside that surrounds it.
- Double bed, with bedsides, ottoman, and large full height wardrobe
- Hanging rail for clothes storage, chest of drawers and full length mirror
- Dining table/study desk with four chairs
- Kitchenette with worktop space - plug in grill, pot/pan, toaster and kettle, large fridge/freezer, sink. Please note, there is no oven or hob.
- Good sized bathroom - walk-in electric shower, heated towel radiator, WC, sink and vanity unit.
- There is a large garden area shared with the house, guests are able to use the garden
The annexe is adjoined to the main house. You will have uninterrupted use of the annexe itself, however, the driveway, garden and access is all shared. You may see us from time to time.
My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
