Passive solar heating and gas-fired hydronics means that variations in winter sunshine can mean temperatures do vary (so do bring extra clothing just in case!). In summer, the Southern Ocean. breeze naturally ventilates and cools. For example, the signature ‘sky windows’ bathe the living spaces with light while allowing breath-taking stargazing undercover.
