Pros: - Availability - Clean - Staff was fine Cons: - Location - Comfort - Lighting. This was the darkest hotel room I've ever stayed in - Room layout/furniture Everything just seemed "off". Its like they remodeled with a bandaid. I doubt its up to code. Im 5'4" and had to squat to use the shower because it was so low. Just one of many problems with the room. Would not stay here again.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in too but idk if it’s just me because I’m pregnant but I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in 8 months of me being pregnant, no back pain. The food was great!. Love the breakfast. The staff woman who works on the desk was very welcoming, she was very friendly. Will definitely come back again!.

The staff was very friendly - check-in (although we were later coming in) was quick & efficient. The free breakfast wasn't spectacular but adequate. The location was just a little way from shopping and eateries but was perfect for the purpose we stayed.(There is a bowling alley next door but didn't take advantage of it). I recommend this hotel & will stay there again when in the area

Customer Service was Excellent!!
From the time i entered the lobby, the staff went above with customer service. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. My kids enjoyed the pool area and the hotel provided an overall pleasant stay.

We were given a room the was already occupied. Went back to front desk and was quickly rectified. We stayed on a Monday and had the pool to ourselves both times we used it, The kids loved that. The kids had plenty to eat for breakfast.

Bed was too soft without any support. Showerhead not adjustable with too much force. Hot tub was closed. Housekeeping came into room without knocking, 2 occasions, 2 different stays. Fridge/microwave in spacious room. Continental BF: waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, muffins. Pool/hot tub nice size. (Didn’t use) Safe area with several eating options.

Worst hotel yet. We booked a total of three rooms total too. Two by me and one by my sister and her family. No working pool and/or water. Not even a vendor machine or a store we could purchase any, just snacks. We came into town for a funeral, a family funeral and didn’t have a good experience even after having to lay our own niece down. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I would have liked for the hot water to be hot. It reminded me of a water bottle that was left in a car on a hot day and I am not normally one to take scalding hot showers so if the hottest temp was almost cold for me then it should be adjusted.
