This cottage is accessible by boat or car. Over 150' of private dockage onsite, so bring your boat and water toys. Onsite parking for up to 6 vehicles. Trailers can be stored at the state park down the road for a small fee paid to the park. It doesn't get any easier than that!!! With over 3/4 of an acre of fenced-in, park-like setting, you will feel like you are on your own private estate.
Never worry about losing your key. House has a key-less entry lock with a back light keypad. Code is changed at the end of your stay.
Recently purchased in 2013, and rebuilt from the ground up in June 2018. It has wonderful new amenities. The master bedroom suite is on the second floor with a King bed and ceiling fan. Second floor balcony is located off the master suite, you can relax and take in the breath taking views. There is another bedroom on the second floor with a king bed. Two Full bathrooms with tub/shower, double sink and toilet. Two more bedrooms upstairs with queen over queen bunks. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed & in the game room, there is a queen sofa sleeper. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity. There is a 1/2 bath also on the first floor. Enjoy the large open floor plan of the living room and kitchen with panoramic views of the river. All linens and pillows are included.
Please feel free to use our fire pit. Also, enjoy our large furnished patio and propane grill. Grounds are professionally maintained.

Watch the fish swim right before your eyes as you relax on our dock. Bring your passports for the short drive into Canada for more shopping, sightseeing, and entertainment.
