Our Wellington home is perfect for equestrians, families or those just looking for home away from home while in the area. We don't use the word home lightly - this is our residence when we are in Wellington, so no detail has been overlooked. Complete with comfortable floor plan with renovated kitchen & baths. Details include hi-speed WIFI, smart-home, new washer/dryer and screened patio area w. kid fence - perfect for relaxing poolside, both day & night. Amenities for ALL kid ages from 0 - 18!

Our home is full family friendly with child safety features, super-fast WIFI and more. We’re fully stocked with:

• Linens - high quality bath towels, sheets & pool towels
• Kitchen Supplies - pots, pans, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, silverware, spices and more.
• Entertainment - 55” 4K HD television, Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable TV.
• Pool/Patio - Weber grill, plush lounge chairs and table, additional seating/tables and child safety fence.
• Safety - Xfinity home security system, Schlage locks and NEST smoke/CO2 detectors

Guests have full access to our home and are welcome to make it theirs for the duration of their stay.

We've automated our home so that check in and access is quick and easy. No worries if you're running late to check in - a unique code will be created for each guest to come and go as they please. No need to worry about lost keys!

We are only a phone call (or text) away should any questions or concerns come up. Guests have open and easy access to us for any reason.

Our home is located in a small residential community with wide sidewalks, local traffic only (neighbors), and a kids park only two doors away!

NOTE: There is a security camera above the grill by the pool. This is for security/safety only and is not live monitored. Contact us if this is an issue.
- Please remove shoes in home (especially horse boots!)
- IF the total guests exceed 6 in the home, regardless of ages, guests will be charged an additional $100 per week cleaning fee.

Family Visit
We stayed at this lovely home in November. It was the perfect location for adults of all ages to come together. We have family on both coasts of FL and this location was very close to our Lake Worth folks. The house is lovely, very comfortable and quite easy for our 80+ crowd to navigate. The outdoor space was lovely and we gathered on the patio each. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Very family friendly
This property is a win for families!! We loved the pool and a park just a few houses down the street. The house was perfect for my 4 and almost 2 year old grandkids. Lots of toys and everything you need for a home away from home. Matt was awesome keeping in touch to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely recommend this home!!

Perfect Horse Show Stay!
We had a wonderful time in Matt’s home. All of the amenities were set up perfectly for our group with adults and a toddler. Our daughter LOVED all of the toys, kid friendly cutlery, pool toys and safety items like the helmet and life jacket and the pack n play. This house is fully equipped to handle families with kids and we loved that we didn’t have to overpack and figure out logistics of traveling with a toddler. Matt was extremely attentive and communicative, the best host I have ever had through rental sites. We appreciated his hospitality and look forward to staying here next time we visit Wellington. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Great Place to Stay!
This rental home worked out perfectly! The online pictures were accurate. The homeowner was thoughtful and he checked in with us to ensure all was going well. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding area is very pleasant with shopping nearby. We will definitely stay at this home again when visiting this area!

We had a great stay at this property. Our family lives in Florida and we hadn't been to visit since 2019, and now that we know we have a great option for stays - we will be planning more trips! The house was perfect for a family, with so many kid-related amenities. I was shocked to see the amount of toys (even though it's in the description) and our kids LOVED playing at the house when we needed a break from the heat or thunder storms. Matthew was very communicative, answered all our questions, and even helped with a minor issue we had. Thank you so much for providing such a warm, welcoming space for families.

Nice place
Nice property that may our needs. Plenty of room for all of us, and the patio is separated into a few different areas. Weather permitting, it's a great place to relax. Would have been nice to know about the sprinklers schedule. Also would have been better with soft water. The sprinklers came on and made our vehicles need to be washed again. I realize we are not the "typical" VRBO renter. We travel with 2 full size pickup trucks, so neither would fit in the garage. Aside from those minor things(which are the norm in rentals), we definitely found the house to be better than adequate.

Family holiday in a wonderful house.
The BEST holiday home we have stayed in! Very helpful host, friendly and welcoming. The house is very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool is a good size and we used it every day! It’s been a very happy holiday seeing family we’ve not seen in nearly 2 years. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Perfect stay for family
If you are traveling with your family - leave everything at home bc they have it all! We traveled with a 7 year old, 3 year old, and almost 4 month old. The kids had plenty to keep them occupied and everything from bouncer, pack and play, and play mat for the baby. We highly recommend this home in Wellington

Perfect place for a relaxing family getaway
The property was absolutely perfect for my family and was located in a nice neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for an extended vacation with two young kids and it even had a playground a few houses down. Matt was a great host and always accessible if we had any questions. Knowing the pool had the option of a safety fence gave us peace of mind and our kids even learned to swim by the time we left. It was hard to leave, but we will definitely be back!
