Great location. Convenient to many activities, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is the biggest drawback. VERY limited continental breakfast with no variation from day to day. Sitting to eat is another problem. Hardly any areas to sit and most are uncomfortable.

This hotel is a little gem in Wellington CBD. We stayed in a studio room, which is spacious, clean, bright, well equipped, and ultra-modern. The room has lots of amenities including a towel warming rack, a stacking washer and dryer with detergent. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in Wellington CBD.

Wonderful new hotel in a great location
Loved the location close to many restaurants and the waterfront. Washer and dryer in the room plus kitchenette was a plus and complimentary welcome drinks in the room was a nice surprise! Parking is street metered parking or a garage a few blocks down not ideal but manageable!

Great overnight stay. Convenient location. Stayed in king studio which was a nice size room with nice touches in room. Good well lit bathroom mirror. Comfortable bed. Was good value for money, snack and drink in room on arrival complimentary and free breakfast, which consisted of toast, cereal etc. if you want a better breakfast Joes Garage is next door! Would definitely stay again.

Booked this since we would be getting off the ferry at 10:00pm. I had checked earlier and advised there would be a desk clear for check in. At 8:00 pm I received an email with a code to get in and another code inside for a lockbox. The code keypad outside had to be defective as it was repeating digits. We followed another guest in and then found out the code for the keybox provided in the email was incorrect. We had to call to get the correct code. What should have taken 5 minutes took 30 and we were tired from a 10 hour travel day. Just an overall bad experience. No excuses!

No window rooms, breach of description.
No window rooms means no sleep. No water to drink, no 24 hours reception. The receptionist thought a no window room was normal and she had no empathy. Watch out the no window rooms are not shown within the description. This hotel is in a dodgy area. Outside it stinks of urine, homeless people sleeping in doorways. The 24 hour shop has loads of low life’s stinking of drugs. Aka avoid this hotel.

Nice property conveniently located near Te Papa museum, transport and restaurants. Large room with kitchenette, bathroom and washing machine. The complementary light breakfast is a nice touch. However, the facilities are a bit tired and would likely benefit from an update.

Good location but no parking
The location was central and close to most attractions. However there is no parking or even a spot to pull over to unload your luggage and no staff to help with luggage. The front desk said we could park on the street if you can find a spot from 8PM to 8AM for free but from 8AM to 8PM you need to pay $5 an hour and move your vehicle every 2 hours? We found a parking garage about 3 blocks away where we parked. (not very convenient) So if you have a car not a good place to stay,

This hotel is wonderful. Staff are lovely and helpful if you need assistance. The cleaning staff are cheerful if you see them. Close location to museums and shopping. Quick bus ride to other things to do. Highly recommend
