8/10. Remember this is a budget property. Clean rooms, recently renovated. Very nice pool, with grills and a lobster pot. Excellent value for the money.

I was able to check in early. The room was HOT. Air conditioner did not work well. Windows did not lock. Bathroom had water leaks. Room is really outdated. I was not impressed with the room considering the amount I paid.

Giving them two stars because the location was great, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of channels on the TV. However, the WiFi did not work at all, and I was counting on the WiFi to take care of some work emails. I was never able to connect even with the right password. The cell reception is not much better so I couldn’t use my mobile hotspot as a backup. The upkeep and cleanliness is also a huge issue. I found several human hairs in the clean, folded towels left for me in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit is ancient and felt like it produced more heat and humidity than it cooled. I slept horribly because of the uncomfortable air quality in the room. The bathroom tub faucet drips no matter how tightly you turn it off. There was dust everywhere and a food stain on the outside of the microwave, which smelled like a burnt hot pocket. Absolutely gross. To top it off, one of the patio chairs is broken. I will not be staying here again but at least safe on the premises due to the nice area.

The property has a great location, close to a ton of great dinning. Staff does not loop back to clean room if you are in the room when they come to clean, only 1 chance to have room cleaned. When we asked for 2 extra towels (4 people staying in the room and only had 2 towels) they gave hand towels.

Just a four night stay alone, I do this frequently. It's good enough overall. Has microwave and fridge, has basic toiletries, clean enough general. Has pool, nice grounds, play area for kid's, grill area with chairs and picnic tables. Supposed to be No Smoking except designated area, not really monitored. Screen door needs fixing, doesn't close or lock. Bed not good or comfortable at all.

Under the sheets there dirt, not washed. Stains. The towels looked like if they clean the floor and washed them again for personal use. Disgusting. The ceiling with mold. Shower curtains dirty etccc

The clerk was congenial and helpful. The first room to which I was assigned, however, had the door ajar, lights on and bed unmade. He quickly re-assigned me to a room which was in order.

Save yourself the money.
Hot water was far too hot, the smell in the bedroom was so strong I had to air it out. The blankets were itchy and uncomfortable. Sheets had stains on them, bathroom had stains on the floor.

Don’t recommend.
It was dirty. There was a broken window that wouldn’t lock. Our “screened in porch” was full of furniture,garbage and bikes. There was a hole in the wall. The bathroom sink drain stopper was stuck in the drain so you couldn’t use the bathroom sink or it’d just fill up. There was hairs, stains and burn holes on the blankets/sheets. There was so much dust in the vents we were non stop sneezing.

The room was large with a fairly decent sized refrigerator and a nice table to eat at. The beds were comfortable and the mini split was so quiet. We would come again!
