The unit is fully equipped and has all you need when you arrive and to sustain you throughout your stay, even after a long days exploring. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and utensils. River View 13 offers a double bed and a sofa bed making this unit an ideal base for a couples or families who want a camping experience with a few home comforts. River View 13 also has it’s own decking area complete with a large Lazy-Spa hot tub for you to enjoy the ultimate in relaxation. Bedding and towels are not provided unless requested.. A unique contemporary-style collection of shepherds hut-style accommodation boasting stunning river and scenic views and lodges.

There are no cleaning utensils so we were unable to clean up on our depature. Bit disappointed with our stay - place was not clean on arrival crumbs/debris on and under the sofa, cobwebs, mattress stained. Even though I know we had to bring bedding it would've been helpful to know it's a deep matress as the sheet I bought did not fit. Shower door doesn't stay closed, no bath mat for when getting out of shower, no TV despite asking twice and being told on first time asking 'there should be one, I'll sort it'. Internet very intermittent but I suppose that can't be helped. Hot tub felt slimy when we got in it and turned green and cloudy after 1 use so unable to use again. No bins available. Blinds had to be handled with care and some needed slight repair. Decking filthy and could do with good sweep - coco-pops under one of the chairs. Certainly not worth the money we paid for our 3 night stay especially as it looks like renovation going on at present - batons all over the walls? Unfortunately we didnt read previous reviews before booking, but thats a lesson learnt! Have messaged this exact review to the person who i assume runs the holiday park and have had no response. The pictures advertising were clearly taken awhile ago, the grass around the property not been cut for a long time and there is no river view. I get that plants/bushes/trees grow but very overgrown. Place is ok for so.ewhete to get head down after a day exploring but you wouldnt want to spend any real time here.
