Nice but could have been better!
Over all we enjoyed our trip, great food and plenty to do and see. Our only concern was the air conditioning in our room experienced a problem and our room had problems staying cool. We had it looked at, and it eventually got better. My wife also told the front counter that our bottom sheet on the bed had blood stains. This was a little disturbing, and she offered to reimburse us but she couldn’t because we used a third party to book the room.

Normally great service, but not today
The air conditioning unit wasn't working properly, it would run for about a minute and stop and not start again for hours. It got up to 85f at one point. It was very hard to get rest with upset toddlers. We tried opening the window but it had a hard stop at 2 inches, and we couldn't prop the door open with babies there. When we complained there was already someone else there with the same issue in another room. I've stayed here several times and it's usually a lot better but this time the heat issue ruined the stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The pool was clean. Even with remodeling happening, there was a friendly accommodating atmosphere. No complaints.

Just a wonderful stay, amazing friendly staff. Everyone i interacted with was warm and welcoming. Cleanist room I've had so far. Not a thing to complain about. Water pressure is amazing!!!!

they gave me a room where the carpet was taken out in the hall, the glue that was exposed was very toxic smelling, made my dog cough to where i was ready to phone the vet at home and get a appointment ,then realized the glue was the culprit, the manager at the desk promptly changed my room to another floor, said it was a oversite on his part,
