You'll enjoy our spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bath private home in a quiet neighborhood with cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Finished lower level with large screen TV and ping pong table give plenty of space to spread out. Located only 5 minutes from Mount Snow makes it easy to get back and forth to the mountain . . . you can even come home for lunch.

We do not accept season rentals.

Please note when booking a week long stay, Saturday to Saturday is not allowed as it blocks parts of two weekends. You can check in / out on any other day of the week.

Perfect Family Ski getaway
This house was everything it said it was and more; our family enjoyed all the amenities and the kitchen was well equipped for our holiday meal.The owner was extremely responsive with any questions before and during our stay. The location is minutes from Mount Snow and downtown area. Highly recommend this family friendly, clean and cozy home!

We stayed here in the winter a few years ago and came back this summer. We loved the fire pit, hot tub & sauna, grill & deck- open kitchen & living room for sharing snacks & game playing- and being so close to Harriman Reservoir. Tom is kind & responsive & the home is comfortable, clean & well appointed. For reference, there were 8 of us- two adult couples, two teenage kids, a 6 year old and an 8 year old.

Clean, neat and spacious property. All supplies were made available.
Me and my family stayed for 2 nights in the property. It was comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essential supplies. The rooms were clean. Bed spreads and sheets were washed. We only made limited food stuffs as we went out to local restaurants for most of our needs. The hot bath was enjoyable, Also the ping pong šŸ“ which kept us busy before we relaxed . Overall, we enjoyed our stay and even the kids enjoyed. You may please consider keeping toys and puzzles to play for small kids which fortunately we carried was very useful to our kids.

Perfect Getaway
This house was literally perfect. The location was ideal in a small, established neighborhood minutes away from everything. The living spaces were all inviting and the house is gorgeous overall. The bedroom setup fit our needs better than any other place I saw on VRBO (two couples, one single friend, one child (5)). The kitchen was well stocked. The grill was placed in a great spot, but we didn't get to use it since it was a short trip, unfortunately. The jewel in this crown of a house was the incredible spa space. I saw it on the pics for the home when I was researching and was hooked. Let me tell you, it's even better in person. The hot tub has been replaced with a newer salt water version, and it is MONEY. The steam room is good for a few people and the shower in the room between the sauna and hot tub is well placed. It's one of the most well thought out homes I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. After the home itself, Tom is AMAZING. Incredibly friendly and super responsive. One of the the best hosts I've ever dealt with. All in all, this place ROCKS and if you're considering it just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome stay!!
Absolutely wonderful!! We came from Puerto Rico looking for the winter wonderland but apparently brought our warm weather which made it feel like home while BBQ-Ing in a sweater, swim trunks and flip flops!! The house really made our time in VT very special with its quaintness and vibe!! Next time we hope to light up the fireplace!!šŸ˜ Thank you!!!!

Amazing property!
There was plenty of room for our party of 7. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals. All the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna immensely. The outside space was gorgeous with the fall colors. We will definitely come back to this one! Thank you so very much Tom.

Awesome Vacation Getaway
This home and owner deserve a 5 star plus rating - it has everything you and your guests need for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I booked this home, the owner was very responsive with suggestions for things to do in the area. We went for a family getaway - there were 5 adults (2 couples and a single adult). We each had our own level of the house with our own full bathroom. Found the hot tub and sauna to be very relaxing after our hikes. Grilled one night - kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfy. Hammock outside was also enjoyed - Vermont air and peaceful setting was so nice. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Lovely spot for a weekend getaway
Had a great time here with friends over an August weekend. The layout is great for socializing. Everything was well kept. The property is secluded enough, while being pretty close to amenities. The hot tub and sauna combination were an excellent bonus. Owner was very helpful and communicative. No complaints other than that I wish I booked a longer trip. Would highly recommend.

Great stay in VT
Our group of friends and family enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described - was even more spacious than the pictures. Our adult children enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, TV, and ping pong table on the lower level. Kitchen and living room were spacious and open. Tom was responsive when we had a question. Dover is quiet but offered enough for us - we enjoyed local swimming holes, day hikes, and restaurants.

Amazing House
This house is beyond amazing. It has plenty of room and a beautiful set up. It is conveniently close to shops and to Mount Snow. Tom is the man. Every time I had a question it would take him no longer than 10 minutes to get back to me via text message and was super helpful every time. I want to thank him again for everything and hope to be able to rent his place again in the future.

Very nice in rain or shine!
We had a week of cooler summer days and 2 afternoon/evenings with signicant rain but we still enjoyed family board games, ping pong, hot tub, shops in Wilmington, the variety of movies & Olympics on smart tv & streaming services and did grill one night in spite of rain! For 6 year olds, the bunk beds and hammock were favorite novelties plus the local school has a great playground-even with kidsā€™ zip lines. House is spacious. One negative was for the "eldestā€ of our group who suffers from Parkinson's. He really needs safety rails in bathtub enclosures and they weren't present on main floor. We managed and description of home was accurate so not a complaint just an observation. This is a very peaceful setting that made for a relaxing stay. Thanks.

Great House!
The house ended up being better than we expected! Because of all the restrictions, we spent a lot of time back at the house, and there was so much to do without ever leaving. We used the fire pit and hot tub both nights of our stay, and Tom was very helpful in clarifying any questions that we had.
