We did not stay, due to the poor condition of house. The pictures shown did not show the real condition of the property. The stairs going to the second floor were very unstable, the floors had uneven areas. The half bath wasn't in working condition. Poor security. I would recommend you take this property off your listing, and I am requesting a full refund. I call the property owner to advise her we weren't staying due to the poor condition of the property, at this time no respond to date. Photos was taken to substantiate my claim

House was not very clean. Dust , hair animal urine a broken downstairs toilet flapper so it ran constantly. Was missing beds listed in advertising. Very cute home with some updates. Nice neighborhood. 15 minutes drive to beach.

Great Rental
Stayed with my wife and adult child, had great sleeping for 3 adults. Plenty of bathrooms for us and good location for getting around town. We went for University of New Haven parents weekend and it was a great choice. I would stay here again.
