Property appearance was overall clean, there was some small construction or remodeling going on.. Staff was very friendly and professional . I disliked the banging, and constant loud noise, vacuuming from housekeeping several hours until 4pm

Super cute, modern and clean hotel, staff is very friendly, had dinner and drinks at the restaurant, very convenient as well :). only issue was the huge noise made by the ac console inside the room, we could not sleep peacefully but could’ve been just our room 402.

Our stay was amazing , everything was clean , the pool was fun for the kids and clean ! The staff was amazing and very helpful with everything , the only little issue I had was parking lot walking on grass I am pregnant and is a little inconvenient to walk on grass especially wet but everything else was amazing . If I come back to west palm this is we’re I will be staying .

First room we were in, water was coming from behind the wall onto the floor when the shower was turned on. We told someone and they quickly moved us and gave us a complimentary breakfast pass. Our second room was okay. It felt stuffy in there and the vents were full of dust. The room was okay, and the staff was excellent, however; I would not stay here again.

We had a very challenging travel experience. Once we arrived at the Delta, there were a few more challenges. However, when we mentioned this to the Engineering Manager, he was more than accommodating. Gave us coffee, took us to the bank and even get our rental car. I can't mention his name or my review won't get posted..but what a gem! I have already booked another room at the Delta for our flight into West Palm Beach. Thank you!

We believe that we had a handicap room and were disappointed that the bathroom had no where to put your toiletries. On the other hand the bed and pillows were fantastic!
