This was an extremely clean and modern unit. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for Mother Nature and the torrential rain that dripped thru the ceiling light/fan and one window making our 2 bedroom a 1 bedroom. The host was very understanding and said he would initiate a partial refund. That being said, I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a stay in W. Palm

Awaiting refund from owner, we were unable to stay the unit was being repaired earlier in the day and the workers locked the deadbolt so we were unable to access entry in to the unit. We contacted owner, he said he would issue refund.

Nice spot in town
A friend and I were in town meeting a client and stayed the night at this property. It was perfect for us. Property was clean and comfortable and communication with the property owner was timely and easy. Nice spot.

This property was cozy and adequate for 4 people. Property was clean and location convenient. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were limited. (One towel per person, no hand or face towels.) Kitchen was not stocked well if you plan on doing much cooking in house.

The house was very comfortable and the host was very responsive when I had a few questions. It needs a few very minor maintenance repairs but the house is comfortable, very clean and in a wonderful little neighborhood (antique row). There is some really good dining nearby- I cannot recommend Tropical Smokehouse enough! The price is extremely reasonable especially for that area and it was just so much better than being confined to a hotel. Would stay again!

My Experience.
The AC didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. Had to sleep on couch to stay cool. The host was very slow to respond to my messages. The kitchen had very limited cooking pots pans etc.

Clean and a Perfect Location but needs a little TLC.
We stayed in this condo for a week. I was there with an elderly (90 y.o.) friend. The condo does need some TLC, but it was neat and clean, and provided everything we needed. We had a few issues with the place, but Justin was quick to respond and fixed everything that needed fixing or replacing. The condo is nicely set up in that you have two bedrooms at each end of the condo for privacy, each with their own bathroom. My elderly friend did have trouble getting up the steps and into the entrance as well as the low toilet in her bathroom, so if you are planning to go with someone that has some mobility issues, this particular unit may not be for you. Otherwise it was in a great location, easy to get to from the highway, great restaurants, shops, and a (newly opened) boutique grocery store was close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to WPB and the condo's location (which is in a very safe neighbourhood) made it comfortable and easy for us to visit other places in Florida and around the WPB area.

Good price for a good location
Really safe part of town, right in between shops/restaurants and a huge neighborhood. Was able to go for a run and see the bay. The house seems to have been slapped together with unskilled labor and needs a bit of upkeep. There's also no outdoor space, no chairs or anything to sit and enjoy the outside.

Great Property
We recently stayed at this property and highly recommend it. Justin (the owner) was quick with responses to our questions and very accommodating with any request we had. The house is perfect for four people. We had no issue accessing the property and all the instructions that were sent to us were straightforward and clearly laid out. The place itself is cute, clean and well stocked. You can't beat the location. If you are looking for a delicious dinner near by we highly recommend Lynora's, it's an easy walk or short drive. Also check out Tropical Smoothie for breakfast or lunch. Just opened, prices are great, food and smoothies are amazing and the young couple that own it are adorable. Can't recommend this property enough!!!

Fun in WPB
We enjoyed our stay at Justin's place. It was clean, nice, and convenient which is what we wanted. The place was once an older home I believe which is now divided into 2 places for rentals. So while it was completely redone and up to date, you can still tell it was an older home with some slant to the floor and then the entrance on the side is unique. We did have a few "oops" but Justin came right away to take care of what was needed. Thanks Justin!! All in all, we definitely would stay here again.

Not well maintained
For starters, the property manager failed to get the check in information to me on time. If we had not pulled into the parking lot at the same time, the cleaning person was there, 15 minutes before check-in, we would not have been able to access the condo upon check-in time. We couldn’t leave the condo because we didn’t have the code to get back in. I received the information about an hour after check in time. Then, once we are inside, we realize there is a strong odor coming from a closet in one of the bedrooms. We think we narrowed it down to the vacuum, we had to keep the closet door closed for our entire stay. The other bedroom had paint peeling off above the windows from what looked like water damage. We came back one day to find a puddle of water on the kitchen floor because the icemaker apparently wasn’t working. A couple of lightbulbs were out throughout the condo, and the electronic trashcan did not work. There were also two areas were smoke detectors have been removed and one was in a drawer. Probably not up to code. The grass was also very tall. I took pictures of everything, but there is no where to upload them. The location was decent in the condo is suitable for the size of our party staying. Otherwise, this would be a one star review.

Clean and comfortable
This is a cute, clean and modern unit. Two bedrooms and two full baths, kitchen and living room (and three TVs). Plus kitchen ware, dishwasher, washer/dryer, towels, and things like an iron and blow dryer, etc. Great neighborhood, just far enough from Hwy 1 that the traffic noise is not a bother, and 1/2 mile from Howley's ( :D ). The price is reasonable and the owner easy to reach by text or phone. We would definitely stay here again!

A nice place to stay.
Good communication with the owner. It was clean and I felt safe. The location was good, you shouldn’t not have an issue finding a store or restaurant. You will need a Lyft to get to the beach. Aside from that, a nice place to stay.

The inside of the property is new and well-done; I loved the bedrooms at opposite ends of the house which allowed for more privacy. The location made it so easy to get around as it's located close to so much! Nice to have menus of nearby restaurants and felt very safe, would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience
The owner was great about communicating with us. The apartment was great. We enjoyed our time there a lot. It was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Everything was close. We would definitely stay there again if we travel down again.
