WHISKEY SPRINGS CABINS #2 Comfortable lodging to explore Yellowstone

Much better than a cramped hotel room for less $ than a lot of them are charging. Here you will have 2 private bedrooms and living space for relaxing and full kitchen if you want to prepare some meals on your own. There is a covered porch with seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cool beverage in the evening as well as a patio with charcoal grill and picnic table.

This cabin and all furnishings are new as of June 2014. The rear bedroom has a king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms and has ample storage, a tub/shower combo and also houses the stacked full size washer and dryer. The living room and kitchen are an open concept design. It has full size appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher and a 40" led flat screen TV with dish tv service. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed and the upholstered storage ottoman also doubles as extra seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, glassware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster and other items you would find in most kitchens as well as some basic cooking staples. Bed linens, towels, paper products, dish soap, laundry soaps and cleaning products are all supplied.

Clean and well-stocked cabin
This Whiskey Creek cabin is newer and has everything you need. We were looking for a home base for our first trip to Yellowstone and this was the perfect spot. The most important feature to me is if we got good sleep and the answer is YES to that. Cabin is on the edge of town with little traffic so nights are peaceful. West Yellowstone has numerous restaurants and services so it’s the perfect place to access the National Park. A great visit!

This was a very nice house in a quiet location away from the touristy shops and motels in West Yellowstone. A half block away was a big field where people came every evening to watch the sunset. Would stay there again if in the area.

Yellowstone Family Vacation
My family enjoyed staying at the property. It was a great property for us to come back to after long days at Yellowstone NP. Not having AC is the only reason it didn’t receive 5 stars but I was aware of that prior to booking. Living in south Texas we use AC year around and we had to get use to cooling down the cabin after using the kitchen and running hot showers with six of us in the evenings. I would book this property again though as most properties around Yellowstone NP don’t have AC.

Awesome Cabin- Awesome Location
The property is clean, neat, has the amenities we need, is within walking distance of downtown, and is, literally, 10 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone NP. There are 3 sleeping platforms (2 bedroom beds and a pull out couch) and that worked for us. The code process for entry was personalized and therefore easy to remember. If I return to West Yellowstone, I would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 on our first trip to Yellowstone. Located on the edge of West Yellowstone but still only 5 minutes to the West entrance of the park. Clean with many comfortable touches such as plenty of hooks for towels in the bathroom, plenty of white fluffy towels, kitchen utensils, plates, dish towels. Laundry and dishwasher. Everything was fully functional. Shower head was high enough for us tall folks, tub drained well. Bedding was comfortable and looks new. This is the best vrbo we’ve stayed in to date.

Great, Quiet Location
This is a great house fully equipped with all you need, especially if you're planning on visiting Yellowstone National Park. Unfortunately, we didn't have internet through our whole stay but Brenda tried to get it repaired but it was beyond her control. The house still had satellite dish for some TV watching and that was fine for us since we spent most of our time exploring outdoors. We recommend this nice, quiet and clean house.
