We could not get hot water in our room, it was only warm. Only could get coffee from the office from between 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. There was no ice machine, had to take ice bucket to office so that they could fill it up from bags of ice they had in a freezer. Housekeeping was wonderful, the rooms were fully maintained during our four day stay. We had the rooms that had three beds, very nice; however one bed was in a different room and did not have a tv. Tv was only available in the room with two beds. Would have expected a tv in each room.

The heater in the bathroom was so Rusty you were afraid to use it. The room was very clean but they used some kind of perfume that was overpowering. When we tried to drop our key off at 6:00 a.m. there was no Dropbox available so we had to leave it in the room

I received an email stating we were assigned a second floor room as requested. When we arrived, we were put on the first floor because "tour buses have been assigned" the second floor. People above us made so much noise and bumping around we didn't sleep for two nights. Won't be back.

Overall a good and convenient place to stay in West Yellowstone. The sound of showers in the building was noisy in the room. The layout of the washroom was odd with the sink and mirror being in the hotel room rather than in the washroom.

The motel was clean and well maintained. The staff at reception was warm and welcoming. The room has tea/coffee, AC, mini fridge and microwave. The room was nice and clean. There is tea and coffee at the reception.

Motels are so expensive around Yellowstone. This was reasonably priced, relative to other motels in town but you get what you pay for. Old and outdated, acceptably clean, below average beds, shower ok. We arrived around 8 pm and heard what sounded like rapid hammering on our wall. When we went out to get something to eat, I walked around to the back of the building and found a gun shop that lets you try out semi automatic weapons and machine guns. Thankfully, they closed at 9:30 so it was all quiet by the time we got back from dinner, otherwise it would have been a nightmare, especially if I was trying to get to sleep before 9:30. After a long day in Yellowstone, I don't require much other than a clean bed and a hot shower. This motel had that, but I would probably pay a bit more and stay somewhere else next time.

Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The place was fresh and clean when we came back from our morning activities. However, the toilet was very low, and was difficult for my handicapped friend to use.

A very nice motel for the price. within walking distance from the main street of the town and the entrance to Yellowstone. One complaint I have is the lack of power outlets and lamps in the suite room.
