It's a great property although they won't clean your room unless you stay 7 days or more. After 4 days ours needed it! Nice refrigerator, comfy bed, overall pretty good room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. One thing very important; it's located 7.5 miles from town so if you want to eat out, shop, need major grocery items, it sucks. They do have a little store for minor goods, crappy food items and ice at $5 a bag.

No hot water, door would not latch, tv didn’t work, shower not clean, no elevator, no entrance other that front door. Only one of the front desk staff was willing to help me. Crystal was her name. Maintenance was greatly needed in the rooms. Very poor property. Would not stay there again.

Location was great for a family trip to Yellowstone. It's a bit out of West Yellowstone, so very quiet and less crowded, but still accessible to the park. Hotel was older and was clearly worn in places but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was awkwardly small with the door barely clearing the toliet (and no toliet lid, so dont drop anything!). Breakfast selections were good. Quite a few options and was kept filled. The staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, very welcoming. There's a nice little playground and a general store/pizza restaurant on site. Overall we felt it was a very good value for the area. Would stay there again.

Night 1: Room had a strong musty smell and a sink leak. they fix the leak. Didn't fix the smell. I complained about the smell but they didn't address it. Night 2: They offered a room change. They gave us a much nicer room/suite. It was very nice. So the experience was mixed. The original room is an issue for any visitor because the hotel is not inexpensive. At the price, they shouldn't have these issues.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel staff very accommodating. I have a knee injury making stairs impossible. The nice lady at reception was very kind and polite getting a room on the ground floor. Hotel was quiet. Overall excellent stay.

The property is 12 min away from Downtown West Yellowstone, but it’s a nice drive. Staff was great! They offer 24 hour coffee in the lobby. They have a convince store next door.
