In the Village of Westhampton Beach, this private, colonial 6 bedroom /5 bathroom, 2-story cedar shingle Hamptons home is perfect for extended families and groups of professionals. Excellent Wi-Fi - work from home - supported by Eero to deliver faster internet speed for remote work with desk / workstations set up throughout house plus printer.

Comes with a PRIVATE GYM * Functional Fitness * Yoga * Barre * studio. (elegant gym features light to medium weight dumbbells, heavy kettlebells, olympic weight , (35 lbs), stationary bike, step up box, yoga mats, a barre, resistance bands, TRX, resistance bands, Sonos speaker, iPhone stand to play virtual classes).

The house is on a private road and very quiet. Kids can play throughout the front and back yard and not worry about traffic or anyone passing by.

Three Generations
The house is wonderful… even nicer than in the photos. The rooms are spacious. The decor is lovely. The layout is easy. My 84 year old parents were in the master bedroom on the first floor so we didn’t have to worry about them on the stairs. There are so many bedrooms and beds. Each of my kids had their own room. The pool area is lovely with hydrangeas blooming and comfortable lounges and umbrellas. Communication with Colleen was easy. She is very nice and willing to answer all my questions. I would definitely return.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Colleen's Westhampton house. She was by far the most communicative host we've had so far and such a lovely person. The house itself has everything you'd need - the pool, gym on top of the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway, ping pong in the spacious basement along with a large tv and couches. Grilling and spending time in the backyard was enjoyable with comfy outdoor furniture and the fire pit. The interior was tastefully decorated and well stocked. The house is very close to town and Lidl. Although Roger's Beach is for residents only, the other accessible beaches are not too far away - we went to Tiana Beach and the drive was beautiful. All in all the stay was great and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Westhampton!

Weekend rental for a family reunion
We needed to find a home that could accommodate my wife and I as well as our two kids. Also with us were my wife’s parents, and two other couples. The home was as advertised, and made an exciting weekend cozy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this gem, and would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future. Wedding weekend
Our family and groomsmen had a wonderful stay at the Flores’ gorgeous home while in the Hamptons for our son’s wedding. It had everything we needed, plus some! We were so busy with wedding activities and only had one car but the bikes and proximity to town made exploring and last minute errands so easy! The house provided a home-base and the homey feel we needed. Colleen was so helpful as we were planning our stay and rehearsal dinner and I am so grateful! What a beautiful house!
We had a fabulous stay in this very well-equipped house with more amenities than we could ever want - from bicycles and games to workout gear and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool area was just beautiful and it was hard to tear ourselves away from it. Just a one mile walk into town and a great fruit stand around the corner. Plus, it was pristine! We would love to return next year!

Beautiful Gem in West Hampton Beach
My family had a blast at this rental. The owner provided so many amenities for our kids that they never had a dull moment. There was a ping pong table, countless board games, video games, and access to video streaming on the TVs. In addition, the garage also had all the outdoor toys such as bicycles, beach chairs, and skate boards. The kitchen had all the appliances and cooking tools we needed to make meals. The entire home's decor was top notch so we felt at home. The pool is well maintained and the perfect temperature for the 2 year old. All the kids wanted to stay in the entire day. The beaches and Main Street are a close drive. The downtown area has a lot of charming restaurants and stores. We are looking forward to future stays here and visiting West Hampton Beach.

Amazing hosts and gorgeous property
Really can’t say enough about our stay. Our hosts John and Colleen were so warm, friendly and accommodating. I had yet to stay in a VRBO that had truly thought of everything a family needs to be comfortable - until our stay in Westhampton Beach. Colleen has honestly thought of everything from ensuring there are more than enough towels, blankets, comfortable seating, table settings, pool toys and floats, all the sports equipment, ping pong table, books and coloring books, etc etc etc. Our large group of various ages from preschooler, teenager, moms and Dads and grandparents were so comfortable and happy. Colleen sent us great recommendations and scoped out areas that would accommodate our family. There are so many fun things to do in the area, but you could also stay at the house and be completely content. We created beautiful memories and our kids are begging to come back next year. Can’t say enough about the house, pool, yard and our most amazing hosts. Our family is so grateful!

Perfect Vacation Spot
The house was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and close to beautiful beaches! The house itself was on a quiet street yet close to everything we needed! The finished basement was perfect for our kids (ages 3-10) and the pool and outdoor space was the perfect hang out place.The owner was so kind and available. Family fun was had by all!

Great house in a great location!
Colleen's house was amazing and accommodating to a larger group. The location is great with a lot of activities and stores nearby. The backyard was very private and allowed our group to comfortable play yard games and enjoy the pool! I look forward to my future stays at Colleen's!

Wonderful family getaway with all the comforts of home
My family had a wonderful time staying at this lovely large home in WHB. The pool is great. Toys for kids and bikes in the garage made the stay even more enjoyable. Colleen was a text away and responded immediately to questions or concerns. She was extremely accommodating in an effort to make sure our stay was seamless and without issues. Check in could not have been easier. Would love to make her home a yearly retreat.

We had a wonderful one-month stay here! Everything was terrific -- Colleen was responsive to all questions/requests, both before and during our stay. The house is a great size and well equipped with what you need. My kids (ages 3 and 5) LOVED playing for hours in the basement with all the toys. Plenty of room throughout the house. I really enjoyed the exercise room. The pool was well maintained and we used it almost every day.. The location is also great, quick drive to Main St. and the beach -- or a nice walk or bike ride Overall, A++++ rating -- I hope to be back again soon!

This home was perfect for my family during a recent wedding weekend in the Hamptons. The house's layout and property are so well designed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from dishes, towels, tolietries, pool supplies, beach gear and sporting equipment. The hosts were readily accessible, very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. It is located 5 minutes from town and 6 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Great vacation house for two families!
We so enjoyed our time at this home. We were two families traveling with 7 kids and 11 people total and the home was very comfortable and spacious. This is a great house for two families because there are two masters. The pool was amazing! It’s super deep on the deep end, but has a nice shallow part where our 4 year old could stand. The house is clean and nicely decorated. It’s well equipped with tons of towels, sheets, and a kitchen. We had a few small hiccups and Colleen was very responsive and on it. The house is at the end of a quiet street that was very private so the kids could play outside. Would definitely recommend and will return!
