Great stay !
It was so clean and spacious! The staff was very welcoming and very friendly also they were willing to accommodate any extra things I asked ( towels) , some hotels don’t allow that. Will definitely be booking again in near future !

Average but some cleaning issues
The room was fine overall, but there were some cleanliness issues. There was a weird stain on the bed skirt up near the head of the bed, sticky left on the desk, weitd stains on the curtains and bedside lamp shades, ants in the bathroom and a weird mold or something on the top of the inside of the mini fridge. Also the safe didn't work and the shower head only partially worked. There was a part of the showerhead that could be hand held, but did not turn on. When we asked the front desk about the stain on the bed, she advised she would have the cleaners look at it the next day, and gave me an extra sheet to cover it. She did not have another room to move us, and it was late. She offered to move us to a new room the next day, but we were only staying 2 nights, and that would have just been a hassle. Besides that, the bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was fine. The area felt safe and outside was well lit.

I recently stayed a night at this hotel and it was excellent, very clean and relaxing, breakfast in the morning was great, hot scrambled eggs with sausage and hot waffles, fresh coffee and other items, parking for everyone.... I went to Long Beach for conference and got back to the hotel late and I wasn't expecting a parking at 1 in morning but to my surprise there was one.... inside my room was very clean, the room smelled fresh.... I highly recommend this hotel
