This delightful stone cottage is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the quaint village of Sutton Poyntz. Set over two floors, the ground floor is home to the light and sunny living / dining room, with comfortable sofa seating, flat screen TV and dining table to seat six. Large patio doors open out to the south facing rear garden, complete with mature shrubs and a dining table for eating out in the summer months. Also on the ground floor is the well equipped kitchen, and a downstairs cloakroom with wash hand basin and W.C.
Up to the first floor are all three bedrooms. The main King size bedroom overlooks the garden, and benefits from an adjoining shower room, which comprises of a shower cubicle and sink (please note - no toilet). Also on the first floor is the twin bedroom, double bedroom and family bathroom.
The property has private parking for one car, and ample on street parking for visitors. There is also an open garage, which can be used to store paddleboards and bikes.
Wildflower Cottage offers an ideal base for exploring the local area, whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of village life. The Victorian seaside town of Weymouth is just a short drive away, with an award winning stretch of sandy beach, shallow warm waters and traditional working harbour, it makes for a fantastic day out. Also just up the road is Ringstead beach, with beach cafe and exposed reef at low tide which is worth a visit all year round. The Jurassic Coast can be explored easily from here, with Swanage, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door all within easy reach.

If you are coming from Weymouth, come out of town along Preston Beach Road following signs for 'Osmington'. When you reach chalbury corner roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards 'Osmington'. Follow this road until you reach the 'Spice Ship Inn' a blue fronted pub on your right - turn left into Sutton Poyntz here. Follow Sutton Road until you reach the 2nd left hand turning into a cul-de-sac of stone cottages. Wildflower Cottage is the first house on your left. You can park back up on the road, or you can drive down the small hill, in front of the row of cottages until you reach the parking area with a row of garages. The private parking for Wildflower Cottage is the space in front of the only open garage.
