Reasonable sized room, but bed was very low to the ground and mattress was not comfortable. No air conditioning - just a fan.

Property is very minimalistic to a fault. Mattress is like a pad or futon. Smells somewhat funky. No cancellation policy even for emergencies is not customer oriented and clearly shows they know they don’t have a product people want. It’s a hostel so don’t book if you aren’t a spring chicken.

Our cancellation policy when booking through Expedia is 72 hours, and this is firm. However in cases of emergency you can send an e-mail to our front desk team, who will then forward to management for review. We don't always make exceptions, but when the emergency is severe and evidence is provided we do occasionally waive cancellation fees. I'm sorry if you felt our service wasn't customer oriented, and I'd invite you to reach out directly with any specific points that I could feedback to my team. Sorry again for the negative experience you had, I hope we are able to make it up to you at some point in the future.

Mattress was too soft, it took us a while to get some sleep
