Location

The Kadenwood neighborhood is perched on the south side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside, and is easily accessible by road or 4 minutes by private gondola from the base of Creekside. Kadenwood provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out trails on the edge of an old-growth forest and offers astounding Coastal Range views.

Kadenwood Gondola

All Kadenwood guests have access to a private gondola, this will take you on a 4-minute ride directly to the Creekside Village, leading to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. There is a small parking area at the top of Kadenwood Gondola to make transporting people and sports equipment very easy and convenient. It takes a 3-minute walk to reach the gondola from this property. View gondola operating hours here.

Ski Information

Ski-out access is near this home. Leaving the property to the left, and then taking a right at the crossroad. The end of this road will bring you to the Kadenwood Gondola and ski access trail to the 'Lower Peak to Creek' run that ends at the Creekside Gondola. It is around a 3-minute walk. The access trail is narrow and more suited for intermediate skiers. For beginners, we recommend taking the Kadenwood Gondola and making your way to Creekside from there.
Ski-in via the return access to the top of the Kadenwood Gondola by following the ‘Kadenwood’ trail run. From here it is a 3-minute walk back to the home

Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Things to Know

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, we include a construction discount at the time of booking as compensation for any disturbances guests may experience.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
