This is a great property to stay at with kids. The larger rooms have a kitchen where you can make meals. My kids loved the warm pool to swim. There are also rooms with a sauna as well. When you do not want to stay inside, the village is but a walk away. The location is also really conveinent for driving up the the upper village. The staff is always friendly with a smile and good local advice.

Excellent location in the heart of Whistler Village!! So much to do in that area!! The hotel does need a refresh!! The decor is outdated! The pool and hot tub were fine! We had an awesome visit to Whistler!!

Beyond excellent service received!
The service received from front desk and staff was amazing. We came 2 hours before check in and didn’t expect our room to be ready, but Michelle was wonderful and provided us with water bottles and took our luggage and had it delivered to our room when it was ready. She caked me half hour later to say they got our room ready and it was perfect! We’ve stayed here 3 times before and return for the friendliness and the large size of the loft rooms!

Place was old with no updates , broken tiles on on floor of elevator that was covered with floor mat . Toilets were 20 plus year old with signs on them with instructions how to get better use of flush . Steep steps on second floor which was very inconvenient and dangerous for people with disabilities

Nice place. Jenny welcomed us; she was friendly and took the time to tell us about activities in the area and suggested places for dinner, really top notch. The room itself had an older aesthetic, and one of the bath tubs was not in great shape, but the sauna worked great. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would go back.

We had a loft suite which has a queen sofa bed, a dinette that can be turned to a twin bed and also the loft has queen bed. The location is within the village, restaurants are 3mins walk, parking has $25 fee per night. We didn’t hear any noise from the hallway or outside. Bed and pillows was comfortable . No free breakfast offered. Overall we’re happy with the 3days and 2 nights stay.
