Spent two nights with our family here. No air conditioning in the room and cannot open windows due to mosquitoes outside. It was warm and the weather wasn't even as hot as the typical summer here. I can't imagine the heat inside if it's closer to 25-30 degrees. Check out is 10 AM! Crazy when you have two kids. We asked for 11 am and they granted this. For the price of the unit best to stay in some of the nicer hotels. Later checkout and can get kitchen suits with cleaning too. If you're not a fan of having to clean after your stay best to find another location

Great spot for Whistler
Great spot for visiting Whistler. Fantastic staff at the reception that made us feel very welcomed. Parked ( FREE!!! ) at the property and walk everywhere in Whistler. All within 10-20 minutes WALK. Big supermarket just across the street, McDonald's ( if that's your thing) and Tim Horton. The apartment just like the photos, so you know what you get. Lighting needs improvement as it was too dark in the living room and harsh lights in the bedroom. But I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We booked the suite on line , supposed with one king bed and one queen bed , 1500 sq ft , But the actual suite is a lot smaller than what we expect, the actual suite has only 2 queen beds only , Hot water is only good for 2 people shower , we need to shower in cold water 😰😰

Everything was good and it feels like home. We found everything we need to live at home either its kitchen, bedroom, living area or washroom. You can add bathroom slippers too. At our last day of stay, gyser was not working and water was too much cold that we was not able to stand in shower. O know this was mechanical faliure but please take care of this thing for next time.

Great suite in perfect location but managed poorly
We loved the suite we stayed in and its location couldn’t be better for the village but checking in and out was a pain. We arrived at around 9:30 pm which was 30 min before the front desk closed. It took the young lady far too long to check us in and we found out she was new. It was late and we were tired. She then walked us out to our car and had us unload before parking in the underground parking. Our suite was quite a long walk from our car and took us too long to unload. Once we parked below we realized there were stairs right next to our door that we could have brought our bags up from which would have saved us a lot of time and effort. We were left confused as to why she didn’t just tell us that. We were also charged a parking fee which we were not made aware of before booking but Hotels.com reimbursed us for that without us having to say anything so that was nice, thankyou Hotels.com! When it came time to check out we had to leave early to make it to our next location. We tried to check out at 8:00 am but found out the front office wasn’t open till 9:00 am but weren’t made aware of this at all. We had to call their 24 hour number but it took us 30 minutes to get through to someone. By the time everything was said and done we were running behind schedule by an hour.
