Private Elevator: For your convenience and comfort, a private elevator is at your disposal, seamlessly connecting each floor of the villa, ensuring easy and accessible movement throughout your stay.

Bedroom Suites: Indulge in the comfort of six sumptuous bedroom suites, each boasting an en-suite bathroom for your privacy and convenience. Additionally, two of these bedrooms are part of a separate apartment within the villa, offering a more secluded experience.

Other things to note
We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity is billed at 6 baht in cash before departure. Various clients have different rates, with some paying 500 baht per day and others contributing 1,500 baht for heavy usage. It's important to note that we don't profit from electricity; these charges are remitted directly to the government. Additionally, the meter is checked upon check-in and again upon check-out to ensure accurate billing.

• Security Deposit : A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit.
