This luxurious, detached, single-storey lodge is located on the small-scale, low-traffic Resort Wijdenes in natural surroundings, right on the Markermeer. The pleasant city of Hoorn is only 12 km away. The lodge is fully equipped with all the creature comforts. There is a living room with smart TV. The open-plan kitchen includes a microwave oven and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a TV. The beds are single box-spring beds, which might be in a double set-up. Here you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday, without leaving a big carbon footprint. For example, there is no gas hook-up – solar panels are used instead. Outdoors, you have access to a covered terrace with garden furniture. You can park your car in the central parking lot. The lodge may differ from the photos shown, both inside and outside. These just serve as an example. Note: Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability.

Urlaub fand nicht statt, Buchungsfehler
Hallo Team, leider ist der geplante Urlaub mit Belvilla in sehr negativer Erinnerung geblieben. Hintergrund: Am 30.9. kamen wir gegen 16 Uhr bei unserer Unterkunft in Nordholland an. Beim Checkin teilte man uns mit das für uns kein Ferienhaus, welches wir gebucht und das per Bestätigungsmail bestätigt wurde, frei ist. Nach dem Kontakt mit der Hotline von Belvilla teilte man uns mit das die Buchung nicht zu finden ist, die Hotline uns aber eine Alternative suchen und sich wieder melden wird. So standen wir in Nordholland und warteten auf einen Rückruf. 30 Minuten später riefen wir erneut bei der Hotline an, Antwort: ja sie sind dran und melden sich gleich. Weitere 120 Minuten später brachen wir den Urlaub ab und fuhren sehr enttäuscht 270km nach Hause zurück. Wir haben also an dem Tag Benzin für 540km verbraucht, für nicht als Ärger. Jetzt kommt noch ein Hammer, am 2.10. kam die Mail das die Buchungsnummer nicht zu finden ist und wir uns an das Reisebüro wenden sollen, 3 Tage später. Wir hätten also 3 Tage im Auto sitzen und auf die Mail warten sollen, das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Einen solchen Umgang mit Kunden ist mir noch nicht Untergekommen, ich bezeichne den Kundenservice als saumäßig den wir auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen werden, ganz im Gegenteil. Freue mich auf Feedback! VG unzufriedene Kunden.

Sehr schön, mit einer kleinen Einschränkung
Schön. Sauber, gut eingerichtet, gute Betten. Einschränkung: liegt in einem rwgelrechten Biotop.Keine Fliegenfenster verbaut. Viele Spinnen und Insekten. Da wird am falschem Ende gespart ohne Fliegenfenster. Die Fenster wären ein absolutes Muss.
