This quiet first floor 3 bedroom unit has a double bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa providing sleeping room for up to 8 people. The unit includes a comfortable living room and an eat in kitchen. A picnic table and gas grill are available for your use in the yard and an outside shower to wash the sand away is provided. Located on the quiet end of the boardwalk, it is less than a half a block to the beach. Watch the fireworks over the beach from the front yard. But is still walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town.

Location - Location - Location !!!!!
I grew up & live in S. Jersey . Know & love the beach . Location is key to this place . I’ve stayed at many old beach houses . It is what it is . Again ….. Location -Location . Board walk is a block away . House is old & beat up. Toilet flushed , shower worked . Location , Location ! Yea , we talked about renting it next year for the same event we attended this year . Why you ask would we rent again when it’s not 5 stars ….. LOCATION !

Great location, roomie unit
We loved the location on the quieter part of the wildwoods. Easy to get to the boardwalk and lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The place had plenty of room for the six of us with a nice common area. I plan on booking this spot again.

It served its' purpose
Location was perfect. The place really needs some TLC. Doesnt look like it's been touched in a long time. Wifi didn't work. There were towels but no washcloths. The place absolutely served its purpose though, close to jeep show, Beds were semi comfortable. The house could really be fixed up. My OCD wanted to start painting. Easy check-in. Owner even modified our stay when I had a work emergency. I would stay again simply for the location.

Great stay. Location is superb.
It has everything you need. Plenty of space, mostly there to enjoy the beach and boardwalk, it was a block away can't beat that. Next door breakfast place was good. Neighbors were nice. Id return for another stay.

Let Down
The location couldn’t be better but everything else was a major concern. Air conditioner in the back room was running but does not work at all. No fan in the bathroom. Pictures are not at all what it looks like. There was a huge hole in the living room where the ceiling fan is hooked up. Both couches were old and worn down including a rip in the one and neither was set up in a comfortable way to watch television. Beds are probably over 20 years old. The first bedroom is so bad there is a dip in it and when you laid down you just rolled in the middle. The house is situated in front with houses behind and people coming in and out. Also someone I believe was staying upstairs. All the TVs were placed in front of the air conditioning units. We were giving 3 keys and only 1 worked making it difficult for us to separate or just be free to do as we pleased. The driveway had someone in it when we arrived. I notified Bill and he said they shouldn’t be there and did not know who they were. So they were parked in by us. Refrigerator sat in the middle of the kitchen and we couldn’t utilize the whole kitchen table because of it. Overall just felt extremely uncomfortable knowing that it was not at all what I expected. Just very old and run down. Good for college kids.

We were attending Barefoot Country Music Festival and this house was perfect. It was a 1 minute walk to boardwalk, 5 min walk to venue. W parked the car for the long weekend and didn't need it once. Everything we needed was within walking distance

Perfect location
Absolutely perfect location, close to everything. Right next door to multiple ice cream shops, breakfast place and a mini golf course. A block away from the wildwood sign and the beach. My kids and their friend absolutely loved it. Perfect family getaway. The owner, Bill, was very responsive and kind. Will be booking again for years to come!!!

Excellent location.
This was a nice place to stay. Had a full kitchen with large refrigerator, full size stove and oven, coffee maker. 3 bedrooms with TVs. Nice size living room with a couch and futon. Cute front porch. Grill and picnic table in back yard. Ice cream shop and coffee shop next door. Only steps away from boardwalk. We really enjoyed it. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Nice for a family.

Pleasant Stay

You will need to move your car often!
Great location, close to everything. House is old but clean. Truly the only down flaw was having to share driveway parking with a tenant and being forced to move our car often or having to wait a 1/2 hour for him to move his vehicle. We were not prepared for the parking lot style parking situation.

It was a nice place and we had a good time. I do recommend taking a few necessities with you, ex.. towels were provided but not enough (there were 6 of us and 3 towels) and no wash clothes. However nothing that would discourage us from using the house again. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

Lovely location, disappointed
The location, the directions, the welcome, impeccable. The cleanliness of the property? Absolutely unacceptable. There was hair on the wall of the shower/tub. There was a bloody bandaid that was impossible to miss on the window in the tub area. The tub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a very long time. We had to get cleaning materials to scrub the tub so our three year old could get a bath. There was one roll of toilet paper for three people for three days. There were no paper towels. There were no towels. At all. The kitchen had 2 dented and severely scratched teflon frying pans. Weirdly enough, the fridge was scrubbed perfectly. The washer and dryer listed in the listing? Which I was informed, were coin-op next door? Didn't exist. The outdoor shower in the listing? Didn't exist. We went to the local thrift store and bought a couple pots and pans, and even left a nice saute pan with lid there for the next renters. The cleaning lady dropped off a vacuum we could use, and brought two batches of towels, both of which reeked of cigarette smoke, so we had to air them out to use them. I communicated extensively with the property manager. They told me the washer for their use broke, so their cleaning lady was overwhelmed. I told them that's fine, please get us a vacuum and towels! They did. The vacuum was fine. The towels? Well, see above about cigarette reek. I was promised a refund, partial at least. I have yet to see it. So fine, I'm leaving an honest review. If you're a college group, and only want to party, it's probably fine. If you're an adult or family, looking for a nice place to enjoy a lovely town? Maybe not.
