I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was ideal for my family as we had easy access to shopping and plenty of restaurants and the staff was very polite and helpful.

The area is excellent. We weren’t advised that the parking pass was through the hotel; only found out once we’d had issues exiting the parking lot and were questioned why we weren’t using the parking pass that was offered as hotel guests. Front desk staff was not friendly, or really helpful. Next time we come to curaçao, we would likely seek different accommodations.

In a good location because it is walking distance of punda and otrabanda. Parking is not free because it is not from the hotel. Check in time was late but after asking they replace the late with a late check out. First time in a 6pers. room and The sofa bed was in SUPER bad condition, staf try to solve it but it didn't help. Drain of bathroom was leaking water. Staf make effort to a pleasant stay. Overall it is good.

I honestly didn't like that we couldn't check in exactly before 3:00PM. We arrived to the hotel a little before noon on a Sunday, when pretty much everything is closed, and had to literally sit and wait until exactly 3:00PM to go to our room. And the hotel wasn't really full of guests either. First time this ever happens to us
