Welcome to your second home! This Williams getaway is the perfect spot for you to relax with amazing heavily wooded mountain views surrounding the property.

This newly renovated home provides comfort, peace, and privacy for you and your family/friends.
Children’s play set nestled in the front yard. Large fenced backyard for stargazing and entertaining or just relaxing to the peaceful sounds of nature. An additional 1200 square feet of deck space with a hot tub to maximize your relaxation.
This beautiful open concept home boasts magnificent views from every window. The property is on 1.5 acres with a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a full size kitchen.

Coconino County has strict no burn days and fire restrictions. On days with restrictions no open fires are allowed. We apologize for this inconvenience but it is a finable offense to burn on these days and will be strictly enforced.
