Breakfast was plentiful and housekeeping staff were nice. Great location. Multiple people had issues with maintenance stuff while we were there. Our sheets and comforter were extremely wrinkled, which I haven't encountered before in a hotel.

As soon as you walk in the room the entery way light didn’t work. The floor was sticky, the walls were dirty in the bathroom. Half of the towels weren’t even clean.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Busch Gardens. The pictures online made it look way nicer than it actually is. The staff were all very friendly. But I would have choosen another place had I known the conditions. This was where I stayed the night after my wedding and would have like a little bit nicer of a place.

Will ever stay in this hotel again
This was one of the dirties hotels I have stayed in. The floor was filthy, the bed linens were yellowed and had stains. The towels didn’t look clean and were very poor quality. The breakfast attendant looked like he had just rolled out of bed in sweats and slides on his feet. The breakfast was missing a lot of items.

Disappointing Stay
This property has been renovated but there are many things still in need of attention at the hotel to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It does not feel like a renovated property…seems dated and in need of repairs with a few new items overlayed.
