I had a reservation for two rooms. I want to check the rooms out before I bought my six month old baby, and there was mold in one of the Rooms on the bedskirt. And then asked the front desk for a different room. They gave me a different room. We went to check that room as well, and there was also mowed on that bedskirt. So because we have a 6 month old baby we did not stay

The room was clean and can’t complain much given what we paid. I’ll suggest to property owner/mgmt that If they invested on better beds, linens, and other essentials that guess will be using a lot, this could be a very nice hotel.

The facilities are updated and nice. Seems like they might need to hire some additional help for cleaning and the like. Those that were there were absolutely pleasant and helpful!

Unless u want a mildewy spider infested room, RUN!
My stay was horrible. Our room smelled entirely like mildew the whole weekend. It was no point in asking to change rooms because our whole floor smelled of mildew. The hotel just looks old and unmanaged overall. Spider webs everywhere, spiders in our room, holes in our room, etc. I wouldn’t ever stay here again or recommend it to my loved ones.

If you have a few extra dollars and book enough in advance, book a different hotel. This one was potentially a "lay your head" after the parks kind of deal but i would at least like it to be clean. Elevator smelled like bleach. Hallway carpets were dingy - the carpet in the room was wet and filthy. Blood, hair and make up on sheets/pillowcases. Dirty toilet. Trashcans noy emptied. Freezer had food and drink frozen and stuck in it. They do offer free breakfast and the night worker that checked us in was very pleasant

This property was recently redone so everything was in good condition & clean. The shower made me feel like a giant in an elf’s shower. That would be the thing I’d change.

The pool was so nasty, the "manager" was completely rude. I literally left the next say and didnt care to spend more money. The customer service was horrible. The room was old and wasnt welcoming. And on top of that they dont even CLEAN the room everyday. Dont stay here
