Nice person who checked us in. 1st room someone smoked in it so they switched us to another room. Indoor pool and hot tub was clean and they had a company the next morning there testing the water. Simple hotel, pillows are small Good location. No charging station. There should be a few EV chargers at every hotel in Williamsburg.

I give it a solid 8
Front desk was courteous and prompt. Hotel room was clean. Housekeeping was always on time and provided excellent service. Very friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were clean and well used by my kids. Breakfast had several options from fresh fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, waffles both large and small size, juices, milk, coffee, tea, hot water, hot sausage and eggs, hot biscuit sandwiches, pastries, yogurt, boiled eggs, and all the condiments and silverware. There was a place to sit down and eat breakfast, and the breakfast items were regularly stocked the entire time breakfast was available. Ice machine worked, elevator worked, no plumbing problems in our room. Plenty of towels and toilet paper, and trash was taken out promptly. My only complaint is the bed mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable for the adults, but the kids seemed to really like them. Overall, a great place to stay with children and a great location close to several area attractions.

My stay was cozy, the room was clean. The sheets were clean. Everything was good except the curtains had a stain on them & the room had like a wet smell. Nothing Febreeze or Lysol can't take care of. I didn't eat the breakfast (personal preference). Since covid it's hard to open back up to buffet style food. Did not go to the pool. Again personal preference. House keeping checked if I need clean towels & cloths which was good. The front desk was friendly and spoke each time I came in and out. The area has lots of shopping & food choices. Not that far from Bush Garden I would stay again.

Everything was just ok. Nothing great. Bathroom extremely small for a "DELUXE SUITE" Front desk person even said it is not "DELUXE" it is just a suite. Verbage on sites misleading when adding "DELUXE" Wifi was terrible. They gave us a password for Wifi when checking in even though you connect to the public wifi that doesn't require a PW at all.

The staff was friendly. The property needs an overhaul. Its not terrible, but some things are noticable. The lobby is fine, the pool, gym, breakfast area is fine, but the elevator shook, the carpet on the 3rd floor had bleach stains. The bedroom was fine, clean linens but I thought I was going to fall through the floor. Overall, its good for the price, just be aware that some things are lacking. I would stay again, but if you like ultra modern finishes with sleek furnishings this us not for you. This is straightforward, what you see, is what you get.

Property was not well maintained around the exterior . Including a broken down car in the rear of the property. Landscaping maintenance lacked much effort at all. Lights were hanging out and not wired under the porch . Pool was highly chlorinated so much that it burned your eyes after about 10mins .carpets on main floor needed steam cleaned bad. Hallway on main floor stunk of marijuana . The beds were rock hard and spring based mattresses . Not comfortable at all. The saving grace of this property with Michelle at the front desk , who was courteous and kind and helped us with our request . Unfortunately, my family will not be staying here again.

The front desk was outstanding! The house keeping service was excellent. The bathroom needs some improvement , shower head, faucet, grout around tub. For the price I paid though it was adequate
