This is an excellent hotel! I've stayed here twice and both times met or exceeded my expectations. Rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. Staff are professional and helpful. The property manager came out and chatted with me for a few minutes when I checked in and it was a wonderful experience. Allie, who checked me in on both occasions, was excellent as well as Brandi who checked me out. Joe, the maintenance man, helped point out my room and asked me if I needed anything else. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and the room was quiet at night. I will happily stay here again!

Hidden gem! Convenient location!
A hidden gem! Despite its age, the property has been very well maintained. It was extremely spacious with a separate living room, fully functional kitchen...and two full bathrooms!! We also loved the location. We were just minutes from colonial Williamsburg and within walking distance to MANY dining options. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub is closed after the summer season. We are already looking to book our next trip here over the Christmas holidays.

Love Patriots Inn!!
Love the suites. Used the kitchen a lot and basically made it a temporary home for the weekend while we visited Busch Gardens. Great location to walk to restaurants and shopping, and movie theater as well. Staff is top notch!

Overall it was good. However this am between 1-2am the unit next door was having a dispute causing one party to bang on the door yelling I want my daughter. This went on for about 20 minutes in which we were contemplating calling the police. No one is at the property office after 9pm. Luckily the child was released and there was no further incidents.

Great set up with two baths, large bedroom, and separate living room/kitchen area. The room was very clean and quiet and walkable to William & Mary is you don’t mind a longish walk. Great value and will stay there again.
