The property was great, the staff was friendly. Close to water country, Busch Gardens and many other attractions. Had the tub fill up while showering first day otherwise no plumbing issues. The breakfast was just toast, mini muffins, cold cereal and coffee and tea but since we were staying 5 nights we had packed food anyway. So no big deal. Will be staying here again.

Very clean and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the low quality of the breakfast. The only thing they offer to eat is toast, mini muffins, a few sugar cereals and bananas. No bagels, no cream cheese. The orange juice is of the lowest quality. Coffee is good. The breakfast room is also quite small for the amount of people.

If you are looking for something fancy, this is not for you. Room is ok, I loved the bench out front of the room. Very quiet and safe. Very convenient to Merchants Square.

This property is very conveniently located and affordable. The staff at registration was very friendly and helful. Though the room was slightly outdated, it was clean and was more than acceptable for the price.

Excellent accomodations. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Close to downtown. I was able to walk to a bus stop in 5 minutes, and the bus dropped me off close to the entrance of Busch Gardens. The motel was very nice, with very clean and comfortable rooms. There are dining options, gas stations, and convenience stores nearby. I will be staying here again during my next visit to Williamsburg. The price for the stay was also great, considering the location and the cleanliness and comfort of the property and the rooms.

Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Customer service from the front desk is excellent, the area is nice with convenient parking. Tons of eating options in the area and a nice outdoor pool.

Found my Williamsburg hotel.
The staff were exceptional. I called about check in availability because I would be arriving late and they made sure to be at the desk around that time despite informing me over the phone I should plan to call just to ensure someone was there. After midnight and a 3+ hour car drive there this was a great experience. I also really appreciated the fact that everyday room turndowns and cleaning were not a normal part of the stay. Towels were available and turndowns were an option, but not default. It’s always felt like such a wasteful thing at hotels. The breakfast left some to be desired, as it was very basic and almost nothing I’d typically eat. However, there was hot coffee in abundance and that is my important go-to. I won’t deduct stars for a lack of waffles or other items I can easily live without.
