We called the front desk about several issues. One was we couldn’t access the washer and dryer because it is shared. They wouldn’t supply new clean towels and we had to wash them. So we had to reuse dirty towels! The front desk offered no solutions and the attitude was oh well. The next issue was our downstairs neighbors were obviously smoking ( not cigarettes)and again the front desk did not handle it. Very disappointed. The units could use a refresh as well. Very dated.

I actually did not stay. The condo was acceptable but as soon as we got to the door of the building the odor of pot was overwhelming as it was when we entered. Actually got in our car and drove home.

Upon arrival we found the refrigerator in the middle of the dinning area. It was resolved but this was not how we expected to see our unit upon arrival and it took some time out of our tight schedule. Last night we requested a blanket, the sofa bed didn’t have any and my son was having trouble sleeping. We never received it.

We enjoyed our vacation. The staff was accommodating and the resort has a lot of amenities. Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, gym, walking areas and much more. The rooms were beautiful and fully furnished and the kitchen had everything you need. I recommend this resort and I will be returning.

The room was amazing. It was a condo with two bedrooms with a complete kitchen. There was a fireplace with a beautiful setting. Everything was spotless in the room and check in was very easy. Would definitely recommend this place.
