Desk attendant was unfriendly; room was "tired" and run down. Got the sense that we were put in a "bad" room because we had 2 cats - but we paid for those cats - why put us in a poor room?

I read the reviews and went with this property based on what others said. Did online check in but it didn’t work. Check in easy and quick. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was eggs, waffles and danishes. Room was clean. No complaints!

Went to see the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Hotel very close to those areas and walking distance to Mexican and Italian restaurants. Room very clean, good shower pressure. Included breakfast very good. Room a bit small but quiet and bed very comfy. Price good. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
