Great little apartment
Loved the place. Great obviously for the Arch but only a short distance into Cincinnati. One day we drove into Cincinnati and went to Findlay Market and toured Boone Country Distillery on the way back.

This place was awesome. Hamburger restaurant and ice cream shop 50 ft away. 3 mins from the ark. I definitely recommend this location for anyone.

It was a lovely & comfy place to stay during my two nites there. It was very clean and safe there. Also quiet too. I enjoyed the place and the convenience of being close by the Ark Encounter area. Awesome!

Charming and quaint apartment
Property was clean and had everything needed for light food preparation. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept this 2nd floor apartment plenty cool. Faye was very communicative, making sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. Location is perfect to get to The Ark Encounter. We also spent a day in Lexington seeing the sights. We loved the quaint and homey apartment.

Great trip
We came to see the Ark on our anniversary (37 years) and didn't want to do the Hotel thing. This property was nice although loud sometimes during the night due to its location down town. We're not used to lights, Trucks, Motorcycles, and Trains while sleeping. It wasn't a huge thing but we're country folks and not used to it.

Fabulous place!
This place was a super comfortable place in a great location! The beds were so comfortable! Everything about the place was nice! It’s 1.2 miles from the Ark. There is a delicious burger place across the street and a couple of nice antique stores nearby. Highly recommended!

We were traveling with our four oldest grandkids to visit the Ark and Creation Museum and this apartment was perfect for us! Right downtown near restaurants and stores. Cozy and comfortable and plenty of sleeping options for kids. The owners were more than helpful and we would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting in the Williamstown area!!

Good for the ark.
When we got to this apartment, it was VERY hot. The air was off and never got very cool, especially in the bedroom. The stairs are hard if you aren’t young, and in good shape. Nice place to stay for a night or two. The view is nice out of the windows. Not much to do around the town other than the ark. Make sure to check out the boutiques across the street.

This newly remodeled apartment was just perfect for our family. It is minutes away from the Ark Encounter. The owner was beyond accommodating for us. Great communication and a very comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Sib Reunion & Significant Birthday a Success
The property was an adequate place for 5 adults thanks to two queen beds and an easy to inflate air mattress. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The kitchen had enough appliances to handle our needs. The place was big enough for a two-day stay and allowed us to enjoy time and conversations together. It is also VERY convenient to the Arc Encounter. One note, the coffee pot in the picture has been replaced with a Keurig, and there is no stove, only an electric skillet, and a convection hot plate. Plan accordingly of you are thinking of eating at the apartment.

Well located home base to explore the area
We were touched by the kindness and responsiveness of the host. It is a small apartment and we really used it as a home-base from which to explore the area. Williamstown feels like a small, forgotten town that is just recently starting to pick itself up to serve some of the newest attractions in the area. I think they will be successful but it's a transitional time. That said, we explored from Columbus OH to Mammoth Caves to Bowling Green KY from this location. It was well situated and it was always nice to get back to rest before the next adventure.

Faye was very kind and welcomed us to Kentucky before arrival with directions to find the apartment and get in. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. It is important to note that there are two beds in two separate rooms which is nice. One frustration had to do with internet bandwidth. The strength is definitely not strong compared to others near by. Might get better with investment in internet booster or different plan.
