Property Information:
- Lake & Pool - Swim in the water at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.
- There are a few life jackets provided but correct sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please bring your own for boating and specific sizes.
- Stairs must be accessed for loft bedroom access and second-level outdoor deck.
- You are renting access to the main house & the garage apartment which has the 6th room. Please inquire if you are interested in renting only the main house for a discounted rate.

- Pets are strictly prohibited. "No pets" policy must be observed.
- No open flames inside the home.
In order to monitor lake levels, there is a security camera located in the backyard. The camera faces the lake and does not look into any interior spaces.
