New Years Eve stay 2024
We planned a short four day stay in Wilmington NC for New Years Eve. We wanted a hotel in the downtown area. Everything was walkable, about ten min walk to downtown. Hotel is located on the riverwalk and was a nice afternoon walk as well. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and enjoyed the onsite coffee bar every morning. They are pet friendly, we had our dog with us and we had a nice corner room to limit noise for our dog. Would stay here again

Would not stay again.
Floors in hotel room were sticky and the room had an odd smell. It smelled like cleaning chemicals mixed with dirty water that they used to clean. Disappointed in the size of the room as pictures were deceiving. Great location though and friendly staff except for the cafe. Note that cash is not accepted at coffee shop or snack stand. Does not have an actual restaurant on site.
