Spacious and private studio apartment in an ideal location for film industry, business travelers and traveling medical professionals. 1.2 miles to Screen Gems studios and 2.1 miles to New Hanover Regional. Walk or bike to the riverfront shops and restaurants downtown, Hi-Wire brewery, and End of Days Distillery. 5 minute drive to ILM International Airport and 15 minute drive to Wrightsville beach. Shopping and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute drive.

Carolina Place is a historic neighborhood dating back to the early 1900’s and is known for its sense of community and welcoming new neighbors. Enjoy walks by Burnt Mill Creek in Wallace Park and head across the street to the local Port City Java coffee shop or Burnt Mill Creek neighborhood bar. Wave Transit bus stop is also just steps away. Best neighborhood in town!

There is a large, organic garden with plenty of space to share, along with 2 bountiful fig trees and blackberry vines. Soak up some sun on the patio by your front door or enjoy the firepit in the cooler months. The studio is stylishly furnished with a new memory foam mattress and duvet, fully stocked kitchen, Apple TV for streaming and plenty of comfy seating. There is also plenty of room to stretch out on the pilates/yoga mat and ball. Utilities, washer and dryer and wifi are included. No pets and non smokers only. Shed storage is available for a bike and beach gear if needed.
