Asked for a quiet room not near an elevator. Got a room on floor under renovation next to an elevator. No clock, peeling wallpaper, no black out drape, bathroom sink doesnā€™t drain, thermostat on wall doesnā€™t work. Wonā€™t go near this place again

Decent hotel.
The room was ok. It was reasonably priced compare to neighboring hotels. Two double beds with a small amount of space around each one. Not large rooms, but sufficient. We had an accessible room and the bathroom was huge. Large shower with handheld spray and attached seats. It was clean, but there was a bad smell in the room. A slight sewage odor. Went down to the front desk and told the staff about it. Immediately, they called housekeeping, who promptly came to the room and wiped down all surfaces and checked for any remaining food in the room. They sprayed an outdoor eliminator, which smelled nice and makes the smell for a while, but it did return. At this point, we put up with it. It didn't seem to be there in the morning. The hotel room was basic, but acceptable. They did have a very good breakfast for a very reasonable price which included everything you could want. Excellent service in the breakfast room. All in all, I'd rate it about an 8/10.

Little Gem
The hotel is a little gem. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I did request an early check as I had an event but it was ok. They politely stored my luggage provide me light refreshments as I waited. The room was great. Elevators a little slow outside of that staying again next time I have to be in the area

There was a concert nearby and people used this hotel as a ā€œbundleā€. It was so noisy, I was rudely woken up at 11:42pm by people (5-6) next door cursing away and with such loud noise. I called front desk to see if I can be moved to another room, but they were booked. I had to get up by 5am for my business travel, so I asked for security to come up to ask them to quiet down, it took almost an hour. For that, it was not the most pleasant experience.
