Had a lovely one night stay at this property. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. I didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked very good as well. Will be staying here again if I ever find myself in Wilmington.

This was the first night which the staff was not as welcoming when I checked in. She seemed to not be able to help me when I asked about extending my stay when I checked in. Her response as I think we are booked. I went onto expedia and got my room while standing in front of this person. The staff the 2nd day was more accommodating. The hotel needs to be updated. Halls have no air flow and the elevators make awful noises. Beds are mattresses on cardboard. Not comfortable.

I encountered 7 employees. 5 were great! Parking is tight but there is rear parking. Maintenance came quickly and resolved an issue. Would stay again.

The carpet was dirty with a red stain near the window, the bathroom had a bad odor around the toilet area, dusty furniture. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to stay the second night. I left 24 hours earlier than what I prepaid for. This was room 162. The staff at desk and in restaurant were awesome.

Room had electrical problems. Air conditioning in the hallways not functioning it was a blast furnace outside the room Breakfast not included, who doesn’t include breakfast, $17. For a ok breakfast. Expedia forced me into buying saying the price wouldn’t go down which it did by $20. I’ll never stay here again. For a “Hilton” facility I was very disappointed

First room the TV didn’t function properly, in room phone not at all, maintenance knocked at 7:57 am could not fix. I was told that side of hotel was renovated it was not, outdated furniture, scratches/dirty headboard. Worst part, after getting dressed for maintenance people then undress to shower, there was only hot water, not bearable to shower. The. To get redressed, change rooms… mind you also have a paraplegic child who thank god was not in the shower with scalding water. The new room was not what I wanted, but proclaimed to be an upgrade with 2 queens, I wanted a king which is easier for a wheelchair to roll in room. Then I get daughter in shower only to have 2 empty containers: shampoo and shower gel, and the bottles were not accessible to her so I had to figure out who and how to get removed. What a fiasco in my experience as a hotel should be relaxing and easy this was clearly not. And the supervisor only offered me 1 complimentary breakfast, per her suggestion… why when I’m a party of 2? This was unacceptable she offered to give me Hilton points but never bothered to get my Hilton # until I checked out I inquired and of course the new supervisor had no idea what to do. And… you can’t sell an “accessible” room when a person in wheelchair cannot hold the room door open and get inside on their own. And don’t sell it as an upgrade to 2 beds when that’s not what I reserved or wanted.

The Hotel was was clean and the room already cool when we arrived after 10pm. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I both slept well. My only negatives were the halls aren't air conditioned and the ice maker was not working. All of the staff I met were very nice and welcoming.

Great place to stay outside of Philly
We were in town for a wedding in Philadelphia. After a bad experience at another hotel we booked here last minute. Because of the charges from the other hotel not going back to our bank we had to book separate days at a time. They were so helpful and understanding. The hotel was neat, clean and mostly organized. We did have to wait a while on clean towels but nothing major. We requested a new ice bucket bc the one in our room smelled mouldy from lack of use and never got it but other than that service was good. It was disappointing that there was no coffee in the lobby after 10AM as the machine in our room did not brew a good cup. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Some updating/repairs are needed around the building. It was a great stay overall and I would stay again and recommend to a friend. Area around the hotel was great for shopping/restaurant options.
