Master Bedroom: Sweet dreams on this King Serta "Cool to touch" Memory Firm Mattress with Crown and Ivy cotton linens and down and feather pillows. Full size dresser and 55" smart TV.

Bath: Custom high end bath with towels, hairdryer and toiletries.

Kitchen and Dining: Dine alfresco on the patio along the river or inside at your hight top table for 2. Full kitchen, well equipped with Keurig coffee maker, pods and supplies.

Living Room: Stylish and comfortable living room with Poly and Bark Italian leather sofa overlooks the Cape Fear River. When it's time to drift off to sleep, the easily retractable sleeper sofa will send you to dreamland in no time.

Great Visit, No Surprises!
Very nice, everything as advertised. Spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, well equipped with nice little touches. There is no better place to be located ā€“ 15 (or less) minute walk to at least a monthā€™s worth of bars and restaurants. Park your car once for the entire stay. The patio is actually on the Riverwalk. Not mentioned anyplace is the convenient access to Sauceā€™d, the cocktail bar roughly 30ā€™ away. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you would ever want in a vacation rental. Superb location literally on the Riverwalk, the river just steps (maybe 5 steps) from the patio. Very clean. Beautifully renovated and organized compact apartment in historical building with elegant and comfortable furnishings. Tons of restaurants, shops and activities nearby (museum, boats) The bed and linens are excellent quality. The kitchen is well stocked (even has little plates for olive oil). The bathroom is upscale. Really just an excellent rental in historic Wilmington.

This is a great location right on the Cape Fear river in Wilmington. Close to everything and a really well appointed place. Loved everything about it. Highly recommend staying here, I know we will in the future.

Perfect location in downtown
This was our 2nd stay at the condo in a few weeks. We thoroughly love the convenience of walking distance to downtown for both food and shopping. The bed and furniture are comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the river sunsets as well as people watching!

Absolutely wonderful!
My husband and I were looking for a quick get away for the weekend to celebrate our second anniversary! This property was perfect. We loved everything about it. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do in downtown Wilmington. The parking was very close and easy to get in and out of. Carol was super friendly and answered all of our questions. The Decor was amazing and so impressive.. such a treat to find this gem ! We will definitely be back! I loved that it was close but also quiet. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area. Rent this !!ā€™ You will not be disappointed!

Perfection in Wilmington: A 5-star vacation rental which deserves 10 stars.
This is a CLEAN, well designed, and nicely appointed riverside rental which deserves its many accolades. The location is unbeatable, with many restaurants and historic sites within walking distance, and the Riverwalk itself on the other side of the deck gate. The view from the deck, where I spent lots of time reading, is constantly changing with the time of day and the cloud patterns. Itā€™s a mesmerizing photo op! The unit itself includes a living room with comfortable furniture and a small L- shaped kitchen with everything needed for self-catering, a large screen smart TV, and good lighting from both overhead and floor lamps. A high top table for two completes the living area. The hall has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a stackable washer dryer unit in a closet. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed as well as a large screen TV, ample closet and drawer space, and bedside lighting. It is perfect for a couple, and my husband and I relished our relaxing visit. We didnā€™t t do as much sightseeing as I expected because the comfort and peace of the unit called us to stay. A parking voucher gave us place at a nearby parking lot. We highly recommend this slice of perfection in Wilmington. šŸ˜ŽšŸ‘šŸ‘

Wow, this place is absolutely perfect.
Carole has done an amazing job with this condo. Everything from the modern renovation, design, and furniture, to the most comfortable King bed, to the little thoughtful touches, such as the helpful info booklet, providing ample toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods.... And on top of that, the location is the talk of the River Walk. Seriously, every person that walks by takes notice of the beautiful patio and location right on the river. I'm sure she has no issues keeping this place booked, so if it's available, I say book it! While it's in the middle of some foot traffic, it feels tucked in and private, with curtains, and blinds when you want it. It really does look as lovely as the photos! You cannot beat that view of the river! This was probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Oh, and the place is immaculately clean, and Carole checked in on us several times during our stay.

Anniversary Getaway
This was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The location was just want we needed for a relaxing trip. We spent a lot of time exploring the immediate area, trying restaurants (We highly recommend brunch at Rooster & the Crow, which is just steps from the condo!), checking out shops, and taking boat tours. Places like Wrightsville Beach and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater were easy to get to and from.

Wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic time staying at this property on the Riverwalk. It gave us a chance to explore downtown Wilmington in the comfort of an adorable riverside condo with a great patio with views. The property was as advertised and extremely comfortable. We were steps away from the touring boats, fantastic restaurants and cocktails! Carole our host was accessible and lovely to communicate with. We hope to be back!

My wife and I came in for the show and we were looking for something off the beaten path. We used the outside deck every evening and the decor of the inside felt like an extension of our own home. Great Location.
This place is amazing. Very comfortable and very clean with nice decor. Great location with in walking distance to shops and great restaurants. Definitely will stay here again in the future.
